I booked a round trip ticket from Dulles International airport to Chengdu, China departing on May 23, 2023 to return on August nine, 2023. The leg of my trip with Lufthansa airline was from Shanghai, China to Frankfurt, Germany and Frankfurt, Germany to Dulles International airport in Virginia, US. The Shanghai, China flight (LH733) was cancelled without explanation or forewarning. Lufthansa put me on the same flight the next day and I was told to go to your website and create a Feedback ID for compensation for the inconvenience. I did this as soon as I got back home and have been given the runaround for the past two months by someone named Simonè in Lufthansa Customer Relations through email. Just today, they told me to go the third party agent I used to book the flight for compensation. They didn't cancel my flight. I'm more upset that I wasn't told this up front rather than stringing me along for two months.

I don´t understand why your airline left us around 70 people out of the flight No. 543, 23 Sept. 2022, with destination Bogotá-Frankfourt-Milan. After having obtained the respective boarding passes. Until now, Idont´t have received any answer from you. I hope the reimbursement of tickets and the lugagge payment.

My flight was cancelled in February by Lufthansa. Today it's 27th of May 2022 already and I haven't got the money back yet. In the beginning of May I called to Lufthansa and the officer told me that it had been a kind of mistake and he had fixed the problem and the money would come within 7-10 working days. Three weeks have passed and I haven't got money yet. Today, on the 27th of May 2022 I've called to Lufthansa again. The officer started to solve the problem and asked me to hold on. I was holding on when on 5-7 min. He cut off I didn't call any more because it usually takes about 15-20 min to wait for the answer on the phone. I've been Lufthansa customer for about 13 years already, but now I'll think properly when I have to buy a ticket. Hope anyway that I'll get my money back.

Lufthansa is the worst airline I have ever dealt with. We have waited 140 days YES, 140 DAYS for any response from them. E mails and letter go unanswered. We bought two, business class around-the world tickets in the UK which was forced to a stop in Tokyo due to Covid 19. We returned to the UK on March 23rd, submitted our claim on March 23rd for the portion of our tickets we didn't use. Received a claim number and from then on,
TOTAL SILENCE. I am in the process of formally complaining to the European Commission for consumer complaints. It is simply not possible to speak to a person. Writing to them has met with silence too. Abysmal service form the German national carrier which is supposed to have a good reputation. Certainly notb true for so-called customer service. Yes, I am totally fed up and disappointed with Lufthansa.

Lufthansa is the worst airline to deal with. I bought two business class tickets. They lost our luggage on the flight home. It took hours to reach baggage info number. On line my baggage was not listed. When I finally got through, I was put on perma hold by Daisy who eventually gave me wrong information. Somebody then called me back who I could understand and said my baggage would reach EWR by Monday night. It was delivered at two AM Tuesday. One cannot contact the airline or speak to anyone in customer service. Only forms. I believe I am entitled to some compensation due to reasons that I would like to explain. However, they refuse to let passengers speak to any live person. I would NEVer fly this airline again. I will mail them a letter instead.

Absolutely susan. They're the worst airline ever. They cancelled a flight on me and i had to take a $200. 00 us cab ride from one moscow airport to another (they have 4). The girl at the counter said i would be reimbursed. I've been home for 2 months and nothing yet. They even blocked my email address from emailing them. What they do borders on criminal. They're liars and thieves. People like us should get together and start a class action against them.
