Mr. Vladimir ZolotsevJun 01, 2015
May 27, 2015 Lufthansa flight # 9051 Washington-Frankfurt was late due to technical problems which took two hours to fix. Because of this delay we were unable to make our schedule flight in Frankfurt. One of the passengers of this flight during reservation of the ticket requested wheelchair assistance. This passenger - 84 years old, disabled Rimma Zolotseva ( citizen of the USA ) was not provided the service upon arriving in Frankfurt. A worker at the airport, who provided wheelchair assistance to another passenger on the same flight refused to provide wheelchair access to Rimma Zolotseva who was traveling on the same flight, in order to catch next connecting flight. This worker's name is Giuseppe (?) and when asked about helping accompany Rimma to her next flight, refused to do so as well. It's rational was that - " She would be not able to catch this flight anyway. " However, other passengers from Rimma's flight were able to register to the next flight. Another people attended.
