Dear sir,

we are using the vodaphone cug connection, but we submitted noc letters
to our local store, but there is no response reagrding the billing name changes and as well as mail ID changes. The keep on holding saying to do mail, but we mailed alos there is no response. You itself say wat we have to do sir.

Your company needs a lesson in ethics and law. Mobile Broadband, miss sold, does not work in my area. I was however promised that it would meet my professional needs when working from home. I have attempted for seven weeks now, to repair, replace, refund the gigacube, as is your responsibility under the law. Also, you have failed to provide the service for which the purpose contract was set up. I have a very complex job, working in Safeguarding Adults. I am required to meet via Teams and Zoom frequently during my working day. I was not able to do so using your services. I was promised, however, that the mobile broadband provision would more than meet my needs. Again this is not compliant with consumer law. I have contacted customer care frequently. With no resolution, no manager calls, no engineer visits, both promised. Ive been a Vodafone customer for over 20 years and due to the treatment of myself via your disgraceful customer care, you have now lost my business.

TOTALLY HOPELESS AND USELESS SERVICES. THE NUMBERS MENTIONED ON WEBSITE ARE FAKE AND THE INFORMATION IS LACKING. A GLARING EXAMPLE IS THAT I HAD RECHARGED MY NUMBER 9769359036 FEW DAYS AGO AND AS OF NOW MY NUMBER IS BLOCKED I. E. NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY CALLS NOR RECEIVE CALLS. THIS IS YEOMAN SERVICE VODAFONE IDEA IS RENDERING TO PUBLIC. EVERYTHING FOOLING IN THE NAME OF "BIRLA". GOD SAVE POOR CUSTOMERS LIKE US.

After 31 years with Vodafone I will be leaving. I have three months left on my 2year contract, but I have problems with my phone. Rather than sign me up on a new two year contract and give me a new phone they would prefer to charge me £55 now to change and loose me as a customer at the end of this contract. Good business practice on the part of Vodafone. Don't look after existing customers. Good job I didn't change my broadband to Vodafone.

I bought a mobile over a year ago and I still haven't used it once as its taking all this time to get the nuc, they have taken the £20, but its still not open, its not the puk I need its the number unlocking code, but just being passed from piller to post for some 14mths. Enough is enough I will try the ceo and if no joy I will go to the ombusman.

I ( 9765392828 )have changed my plan in Aurangabad location for 99 rental and 250 for data card, , but when enquired after two weak in Pune office, they said it is not done as pre request, she will do the needful and change the plan and put for waiver, but nothing happened, , now bill has gone up to 2400/-

I am loyal customer of Vodafone last from 12 year. I am using 4G SIM, the speed of Internet is worst. The Airtel 4G speed is far very better, using internet, speed rated to be 25 mbps. So I request you to please increase the internet speed, all over Delhi ncr. Regards.

I am totally fed up with your third class service and will never use it again

I guess you guys are joking with the Customer, I got a called from one of your Social media executive and he told me that your network related issue will be resolve after three months, what a nice service your providing you are. I had visited to your Vodafone gallery at Gangapur road Nashik and I met your Executive Mr Mahendra his cell no 9168058003. I had requested him for the disconnection of my postpaid connection no 8411809361 I had paid the full payment of billed and unbilled amount as he advised me to pay for the disconnection of this number. But now I am getting calls from Vodafone office to pay the bill. I had applied for the disconnection letter dated 21/09/2015, but till date they had not disconnected my number and are asking me to pay the bill. I had enclosed the copy of the letter and bill receipt of my payment. Such silly mistakes spoil the name of such big company we were going to use CUG number in Vodafone network for our organization we have around 550 connection we already are using of Idea network. It makes no difference to your business if one customer like me is not using your companies mobile network service.

Shame on Your Services. I am'a prestigious and old customer of yours, so a few days back I called to your customer care to know about the cheapest plan for internet, someone Mr. Satnam picked up my call from your side and updated me that within 24 hrs i will listen from his senior side,, but still after one week nobody called me. But weared thing is that from today morning my outgoing calls are barred, I am unable to make calls from my number 9911044761Today I make call again to your customer care with respect to this problem Mr. Junaid from your Noida Nodal office picked call and informed me that for my this number All services is been stopped. How shameless you people are, the way you are treating to customer complaints I am feeling like cheated. Your customer care people are unable to understand customers grievances. Now from your side only this Information I got that after 48 hours my number Service will be activated. As you already know that how important is phone.

I have converted/ported two of my nos. (9210589995-Sonu and 9718283700-Shekhar respectively) in Vodafone. This was only because I was told to have a plan for Rs. 499 wherein we would be getting 100 waiver every month. As per you, it is now known as RED Plan. Now it is totally fake, I got bill with no waiver and your CCE are retreating with their word. As this mail is also marked to Consumer Forum so that I will get immediate and quick response from you side, else Consumer Forum will make it happen as you are really making fool many people. Also, I would take help of social network to post your such stupid activity to make people fool.

I have been ported from Loop mobile to Vodafone postpaid for Double Value 399/- per month and Free : one GB Free -3G Vodafone internet package for three Months as per commitment made by Sales Representative Madam Priya Kadam-8655236998. But in my account – My Plan details its reflecting no active plans snaps enclosed for your reference. If such type of false statement is mention in system then no – one will trust in Vodafone. For your kind information that I am also working in Telecom Filed, we are one of the vendor of M/s. Vodafone India Ltd. for Civil and Electrical work even for Reliance JIO, TATA. Our commitment and our work is up to date, we are paying money for the good service if false service is made then think about image?
Even your customer service representative is talking in a rude manner, I don’t want to anyone to heart. Just informing. Jai Hind
