Princes Bay Branch Staten Island NY with $ 300, 000. 00 to open a promotion citiBank Saving account ending xxx-xxx-x305 on 12/20/2021 and met the personal Banker Angela Kospetas. When I stopped by the Bank teller on Monday 12/05/2022 she ordered a citicard ending 3323 without my consultation. How can I access my account xxx-xxx-x305.

CEO Jane Fraser appears to be a very capable person. However, she appeared to be compromising her own or Citi's ethical and moral values regarding business with our adversary, China before the U. S. Congressional hearings last week. Your company values should never be compromised for $$$$$, regardless of the value to Citi or stockholders I am a customer now, but may not continue if I do not see changes in the future Respectfully, Bruce Bilbrey .

I find Citi customer service for Citi Cards to be atrocious. The customer support team initially failed to follow through on the actions they agreed to take. On the second time approximately ten days, I was on the phone for about 40 minutes attempting to correct a simple error. Although we seem to be near resolution when a new representative answered and asked what your name and account number. That was too much

I am closing my accounts and will never have another Citi Card.

This is the worst credit card company ever they just radomly decide to decrease your credit limit, screwing up your credit for no reason what so ever, never came close to my credit limit every payment made early and for more then the minimum and one day they decreased it and said your other credit cards have high limits so we decreased this one only to destroy my good credit rating what company does this ? once my cc is paid off i will cancel and do not recomend anyone bank with them

1 of 2: I am 80 years old have been a Citi Bank credit card holder for over 20 years. I always pay my bill as soon as I receive it. Because of the recent U. S. Government Post Office, the payment that I mailed on January six, 2021, (the day I received the bill) was not posted to my account. On January 22, 2021, I received an email "You may have heard about possible delays in mail and courier processes. " advising me (along with all email recipients) to go on line and print my bill. This I did. Lo and behold, I THEN found out my 1/6/21 payment was not posted. Not only was I charged a Late Fee and Interest Charge, but my credit was being ruined. I suggested dividend payment (MORE than the amount of the disputed bill), but this was not allowed. Instead, I printed the bill this morning; and I immediately mailed it in a postal box (to be picked up this afternoon). As is normal, I had called my doctor to refill a prescription. She did so and notified the pharmacy. (to be cont).

Customer Service phone system is TERRIBLE No option to speak to a representative. I tried six different 1-800 numbers and they all default back to the same, terrible system.
