GOOD EVENING SIR, I have been reading there is a looming pilot shortage at your feeder airlines, that is starting to affect your scheduling. I DO HAVE A SOLID solution, but it will take a bit of your and other airline ceo's political clout to get it happening quickly

The solution is hire CANADIANS here is why we already have a free trade agreement in place nafta, most canadain pilots captains of turbine equipment in part 121 /135 ops ( in canada 703, 704) have well in excess of the 1500 hours the congress in USA requires most co pilots due too. We often train at SIM com or flight safety speak and very good english. Very familiar with the airtraffic control system. Get us an immigration exemmption and be treated in the same way your country treats nurses. The USA is the only country that DOESNT ALLOW TO FLY FOR USA AIRLINES OR RECRUIT DUE TO IMMIGRATION RULES we are highly motivated and relible experienced pilots. /regards DanHodgsonAtpl Canada 12000 hrs.
