I would like to make a Formal Complaint regarding Tracey The Manager of Last Post in Southend Town Centre Essex. I dropped my elderly disabled mother at sainsburys for an hour yesterday and subsequently visited Wetherspoons for a drink yesterday 28th October 2021. I was left standing at The Bar for 10/15 minutes so i subsequently askedif anyone would be serving me. I was then rudely informed that no one was serving at that particular bar so I complained that staff should have let me know earlier. I was then told that any complaints should be made to Tracey The Manager. When I found her she rudely suggested that I had only been waiting LESS THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES and that I was a Liar which I find totally unacceptable. She effectively admitted she had watched me standing there without making ANY attempt to inform me that no Bar Staff were serving at that particular Bar. This Manager has a VERY BAD ATTITUDE INDEED.

Please can you delivery drivers turn off their engine when making a delivery. My local has had two good deliveries in the last couple of hours. Both took over 20 mins. All this time the lorries are pumping out diesel particulates and causing noise pollution Not very environmentally friendly and such a waste of fuel. Thanks for reading this.

Good Evening
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against my local wetherspoons (Kingsbury London). I visited there today and was asked to don a mask when I stood up to go to the toilet. I am vertically challeged, standing at three foot nine inches and am exempt from wearing a mask. I challenged staff, but was told I had to wear one anyway. I have been ridiculed all my life and this was the last straw. I am really upset at this as in my view as I am so much smaller than others, even when sitting on a chair that makes me question why people who are sitting down and taller than myself are not told to wear a mask while seated? Does this virus have a height limit or not?
I will not be visitng wetherspoons again. Thank you.

Re: Coal Orchard Taunton. Regular customers until yesterday. Not having phones for the App, we gave our names and contact info at the door. Were told the empty seat at the window, where we had often sat, was "unavailable", which was odd as there was plenty of social distancing. We were placed at a drafty table near the exit, #15. Ordered Guinness and a pizza. Went to the bar to pay. Pizza was inedible, undercooked. I saw a couple being seated at the table we were told was unavailable. Asked for the Manager who told me that is only for those with the App. THIS IS DISCRIMINATORY. He claimed that they did not have enough staff which is rubbish. He also said the pizza was undercooked because because the oven had not heated up. Really? At noon on a Sunday?
To cap it off, there was a long "discussion" next to our table, three people + a staff member, some without masks. We will in future go to non Wetherspoon Pubs where our custom is valued.

I have been trying to log in to apply for a job as a kitchen porter at Wetherspoon in Camborne, Cornwall. It is not accepting my e-mail and I asked for a temorary password three times creating three password and still your system is not accepting my e-mail address. I cannot phone up as I am deaf and looking for a job as a kitchen porter at the Francis Bassett pub in Camborne. I already applied for a job last year as a cleaner with the same pub and I did not even get an interview. Actually, I have applied for several different jobs around Camborne since last year in May and I have had not got one interview. This is so depression when ones cannot get an interview after so many applications for a job. Even worse is I cannot log into your system and the closing date for kitchen porter job is 3rd February 2018. I do hope you have an equal opportunity policy for deaf people to apply?

I am a regular customer at wetherspoons in Holy well Flintshire north wales. I normally go at least five times a week, spending quite a substantial amount. I have never had to complain in the past,, but recently, the food is awful Twice this week I have sent the porridge back. Cold, lumpy and served with a overripe banana My lunch yesterday, was dry and tasteless. The chicken tikka wraps are usually succulent with plenty of taste. The food has certainly gone down. Do you have a different chef? I'm afraid if the standard doesn't improve, this is one customer that won't be going back to Witherspoon's. Regards Anne.

My family and I ordered hot drinks and hot food. The teaccountoffee and hot chocolate was disgusting and my sister's food arrived around 35 minutes after ordering. I brought the drinks to the attention of one waitress as we were unable to drink them who said she would speak to the manager. No one bothered to address the situation - which was very unprofessional. So we paid for drinks that could not be drank. The whole place and toilets were filthy dirty which makes me wonder about the state of the kitchen ??? I certainly would not EAT there. I do not understand why the place is in such a mess given most Whetherspoons are generally in good order. I am disappointed the manager didn't take the time to address our concerns. We won't be back

I have for sometime used your pub in Aldershot as my local. But the most annoying part is trying to get served. The staff know your in a queue and are next to be served, but seem to walk away to a different part of the bar to serve someone else this has been noticed just not by me, but others aswell. Last night it happened on more than one occasion and at one stage must have waited upto 15 minutes to be served can you confirm if this is good customer service? Also are you aware of your Twitter account has been hacked. Some of the replies are inappropriate to say the least.

Absolutely disgusting. Every time you call there is never a team leader, supervisor or manager, or anyone of a higher level than a customer service operator to talk/be transferred over to. Considering my complaint was about a potential life threatening incident that happened to me on 4/12/15, you would think that J D Weatherspoons would actually care,, but not one iota. Absolutely shocking. I am allergic to cheese. I ordered a jacket potato with tuna mayo and coleslaw. When my meal arrived with my husbands meal it was a jacket potato with tuna mayo and a pile of grated cheese on top. I told the server that I didn't order cheese, as I was allergic, I'd ordered coleslaw. She apologised and took my meal away. My husband said that all they would do would be to remove the cheese. The same server bought my meal back. I asked her to wait. The coleslaw had been placed on top of the tuna mayo. I pushed the coleslaw aside to find grains of grated cheese on the tuna and around the potato.

I have been to Wetherspoons many times and it was recently drawn to my attention that you intend to open in the Irish republic.
My backround is in music and Robert is fully experienced in all aspects of hotel management.
You may be interested in a ready to go bar and restaurant on the main street of a small town with a good catchment area but also close to a large one.
A possible Wetherspoon operation at this location would have the goodwill of a local management team.
