Worst after sales service ever. You guys do not have basic equipments to service and your service engineers are the poorest any company can have. You take more than three days to get a motor replaced under warranty. No wonder no one even remembers that you were a best brand once. Even after calling so many times your service engineer keeps saying the same thing that once motor will be arranged i will tell you i do not have any idea. If this is the standard of service you have better stop making fool of your customers. I do not know if the management really wants to look into this aspect or not trust me CG is a brand which stood for quality as per my perspective, but with this incident I am sure my perception was wrong. You guys are just good at making money without quality. You guys frustrated me so much that I literally abused your service engineer which I know I should not have done, but Customer satisfaction delight or frustration is all in your hands. If you frustrate your customers.
