The WORST SERVICE in a bank ever
This is Sergio Martinez
Accounts in San Antonio, Tx. I have three days trying to contact someone at PNC, and the phone line does not take you anywhere. Waited for over 45 minutes and dozens of calls with nobody answering. (412) 803-7787 and (412) 803-7711
Not even the La Cantera branch answers the phone It is unbelievable
Got an e mail yesterday asking for my authorization for two charges. There was a YES or NO click options. I clicked YES and a new window appears telling me that it couldn't be done, and that my Credit Card was blocked for security reasons, even though I clicked YES authorizing both charges. I put my complain in TWITTER and was told that someone was going to call me by phone any minute. That was last night and nothing
I have to pay bills and cannot use my money your stupid bank has, because of the worst transition (from BBVA to PNC) ever .

To Whom It May Concern:

I have been a customer for several years and I have never encountered a problem. YOUR ON-LINE BANKING WEBSITE is not functioning. I use a laptop and there has never been a problem logging on. Now I cannot log on and I get a ridiculous message about using another browser. FIREFOX is the most secure browser in existence and I am not planning to change. It has worked fine for years. Something has gone wrong on YOUR end not mine. Your customer service is very polite, but of little help. They advised me to re-boot and clear the cookies. That SOUNDS sensible, but it does nothing. You must find expert I. T. Technicians who can solve this very serious situation. I would like to remain a customer, but I am running out of patience. Sincerely yours,

PNC can buy any no of banks all over USA, but unless they have good customer service people and Managers to works for them their branches will not have customers. Like other banks.

Customer service on line are of no help if you have different question for them. They will direct you to go to e branch office. Branch office / manager. At the branch office staff and the Manager are not eager to help you or do any thing if you are not bringing any new money or investing in their fund so that Manager and the staff can earn their commission on your money. Specially if you happen to be calling from out of town and not from your home phone. Even after establishing the fact that you are who you say you are and their long time loyal customer, no matter how much money you have in account in their branch., they have a excuse of not on secure line. They will not help you or do anything for you unless they have their commission coming through investment accounts. And will direct you to go online banking who In turn have excuse that they cannot see all your accounts And cannot do any thing And vise versa.
