Today I ordered pizzas on line and made the payments through Paytm. I got the confirmation from my bank that the amount has been debited. After waiting for about 45 mins, I contacted the Pizza Hut number, but was told that my order stands cancelled as they have not received the payment. I have now placed another order on COD. I have been a customer of pizza hut for last many years, but such an case has happened now.

PIzza Hut is featuring a book about "drag kids" aimed at pre-K through 6th grade children as part of variant sex indoctrination. That's disgusting and deplorable. Goodbye PIZZA HUT

My family will continue to enjoy pizza, but, after several decades, NOT at PIZZA HUT.

Absolutely disgusting customer service trying to place a delivery order speaking to the oakdale road pizza hut in nottingham UK. The gentleman has no manners could not find the postcode to where I live. Which is obviously crazy as it is up. The road from where they are based. Didn't make it easy to order on the telephone. Really bad. Know wonder the service is going down hill. Very rude I cannot stress this enough. The meal deal I wanted he claimed items where out of stock. No alternative. Flyers coming through to my house. So you ring to try this service and this is what you. The gentleman put down the TELEPHONE ONE ME. STILL IN SHOCK. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THIS PIZZA BRANCH INTO THE GROUND. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE OR PROMOTE IT IN ANYWAYS. ALSO HAVE SAVED THE LOG OF THE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION.

I have enjoyed pizza hut pizza;s for many years, they smell so good in the car I couldn't wait to get home and eat it. Lately I've noticed a change in the way they smell and also taste. I do not know what you've changed but your have mess up a good pizza. Now when I pick one up it has a sicken smell in the car and after I get home it taste the same way. I have to fight to eat on slice. You have changed the sauce or the cheese or something. The last three pizza's I bought I couldn't eat. Take my advice and go back to the original recipe. I always buy my pazza's in Lexington Tn. on Church st.
