i was very annoyed to find out although on a large board outside of the worthing store you advertise in bold letters that you have 25% ALL MAIN MEALS
when ordering in store to be told that i have the choice of two meals as these two are the only one's that have the 25% off
on saying that you advertise on the board and online 25% off ALL MEALS and even in the on line advert talk about lasangea dish i am being told this is not correct and head office have done something wrong with this advert
also your fryer has been down for over two weeks so no fish dish either
still yet again you have to wait to get to the till before any of this is told to you
i am most dissapointed in this service and feel you are not being good to your customers and not giving out correst infromation

I ordered Face Masks. When the delivery arrived on the 30th December 2021, they'd substituted hand gel sanitiser instead. I paid £4. 40, but Morrisons won't refund the money. I have emailed several reminders, including to David Potts their CEO. I've also tweeted many reminders, but they won't even reply, let alone refund my money. I bought this item via Amazon. Amazon have been brilliant and I will now suggest that they consoder ending their partnership with Morrisons and use use another supermarket, one that treats customers with respect eg Ocado, Sainsbury's or Tesco. 4. 1. 2022.

Last week13/12/21 at the Morrisons estate Killingworth Newcastle upon tyne new car park lighting (Bulb/elements) was installed. The new lighting is extremely bright lighting up the nearby houses to such a degree that the light shines into the back bedroom and bathroom of my property creating shadows on the walls and it is impossible to look out of the windows comfortably. We went shopping there last night and on entering the estate it was extremely difficult to see the way ahead because of the brightness of the lights If the lights are to remain at the current brightness the the lights need to be angled further down thus concentrating on the car park area and not lighting up the surrounding area.

I’ve been to my local Morrison’s store this morning and feel I need to highlight a very serious problem the store has. I’m a fire Marshall for the company I work for so when I went into Store this morning 19th October 2021 around 09. 03am I go into the cafe order my food get my coffee and before sitting down the fire alarm sound I stood and waited for a while with no one coming into the cafe to collect me or about four other tables with people sat at in the end I told one person we had to go outside. On walking outside there was no fire marshals to tell us where to stand and staff had no idea where to go I saw and heard the staff saying to each other “ you want to come sit in my car with me “ some staff walked over to where the petrol station was some stood around by the customers when one staff member said let’s stand over the other side the car park I didn’t once see any Marshall’s and the staff didn’t have a rolllcall to make sure they were all out and safe.

I Give five out of five for the clean store. Here at minehead. And for you fresh food. And most of the staff are nice. What I have got concerns for is Big stores like yours selling DEAD PLANTS. Because they Have not been Watered. WHY because you have got no staff to do this. Why because the staff are taken off the plants and put on shelfs filing. Today Monday 20the Sep ALL the plants in the store where all dry and withered. THEY WERE ONLY GOING ONE WAY TO THE BIN. Every one that was standing near us were shocked. IT WAS BAD. The NEW plant house outside the store was not open at 11. 30 so what plants were like in there must have all been dead too, Even the Cactus were Dead only the pot and dry earth was was for sale. I will let you know if this is the same next Monday. As I shop in morrisons all the time. I would love to be your shop spy.

On 30th March a Morrisons van driver reversed into our garden fence. We contacted the customer service as advised and they told us to go ahead and arrange to have the fence repaired because we were concerned over the safety of our grandchildren and garden security. This was sorted with difficulty because it was just before the Easter weekend. We have since sent many emails and telephone calls, even a letter to try and claim the money for the repair with no success. The last person I spoke to gave me the insurance company email address and I have contacted them twice with no response. We have never had any form of apology from whoever we have spoken to, the van driver explained the incident to my son it happened because the van had a blind spot. Thankfully there wasn't a person there because she had to go over a path to hit our fence. If anyone can suggest where we go now with this incident because the fence repairers are quite rightly asking for payment.

I am absolutely disgusted and annoyed. On 30th March 2021 a Morrisons van driver reversed into our garden fence. We have managed to get it replaced/repaired as suggested by their customer care, but are now finding it impossible to claim the money back. We have sent many emails, phone calls and even a letter asking help on sorting this. The last time I managed to speak to someone she said I can download the insurance claim for from their internet site. I have been unable to find this on there. They did give me the insurance email which I have contacted twice with no response. Throughout all of this we have had no apology and are no nearer to getting it sorted, the driver explained the incident by telling my son the van had a blind spot so she couldn't see. Thankfully it wasn't a person there because she had to go over a path to hit the fence. Can anyone respond with how we can claim because I feel it is unfair that we have to bear the cost of this as well as the stress it has caused us.

I am so disgusted with Morrisons. My Husband and I are over 80 and during the lock down we placed an order on line for our food delivery. I have just found out that a Company called complete savings have been taking out £15 a month from my account since February how dare you allow these people to use your name to do this. I have never given these people any permission to do this. I have never signed for them to take a direct debit either. But they tell me it must have been when I was buying on line from Morrisons. I await youyr reply by my email below.

You say you have listened to your valued customers. So you do not consider senior citizens, customers with vision impairment, customers with arthritis in their hands - especially their fingers, customers who do not own a smartphone and have no intention of owning one, or customers who actually prefer to own a ‘dumb phone’, to be of any value to you?

For convenience you claim, from ten May rewards to your loyal customers will be accessible only by using your mobile app and website, and you will stop producing cards. No, this is not convenient to thousands who do not own a smartphone, are not PC literate, or cannot afford broadband on their limited pension. This is a sizeable number of your customer base that you will be discriminating against. Shame on you. What is convenient to thousands, is a small piece of plastic dangling from their keyring that contains details that no one is interested in obtaining.

I recently went to Morrisons in Reigate and brought some beef, this is something I havnt done for quite some time as I have used other supermarkets, but we were having guests and thought I would try Morrisons, was very surprised of the great variety and price, but the beef was so delicious and tender, I will not be going to other supermarkets again, its Morrisons for me, the quality is so much more superior, thanks for a lovely sunday roast.

I have been a customer with Morrisons for some considerable time, my husband and i both being over 75 years of age and during our marriage have shopped in Yorkshire, Herefordshire and in Powys and various other places up and down the country. My husband and I have decided to 'self isolate' because we feel we are in a 'vulnerable' situation at this present time due to various health conditions. We do not have family living close to us (near Brecon) as our daughter lives in Scotland and our son lives in Hertfordshire. Since the outbreak of this virus we have been able to get one slot for 'delivery at home', but cannot obtain another one in the same month. I would like to order some New Zealand wine that is on offer, but unable to do so without buying another Delivery Pass and find that the goods will not be available when I can actually obtain a delivery slot. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I live on a residential park home estate in Nethertown, Egremont, Cumbria where all the people are over 70 and with age comes vunerable people who should not go out due to the coronavirus. I cannot believe that someone like Morrisons do not do a delivery service to our area. I have been a long term shopper at Morrisons, but can only get my shopping delivered to my area by Tesco or Asda who are also based in Whitehaven and of which I would not have shopped in before, but after all this coronavirus is over and we start going out to shop once more I will be reluctant to change from the supermarket who will deliver my goods at all times. I am sure that there is also a lot more people like me who agree with me.

Hi Morrison's,

Please pass on my congratulations to all of your staff at your Coalville Store in Leicestershire. I have been amazed at their professional and caring behaviour at work, often in difficult circumstances and at times in the face of abusive behaviour due to the ignorance of some customers due to the current circumstances. I think that you have been ahead of the game as an organisation in many respects and I congratulate you for this also. I visited Morrison's today as a voluntary member of a Good Neighbour Scheme to shop for four families in isolation and the young man working as a security guard outside was brilliant, highly entertaining and lifted everyone's mood

Your staff are a credit to your organisation, always smiling, always helpful, well done Morrison's

With my heartfelt thanks during difficult times,

Dawn Grantham
Markfield, Leicestershire.

These are turbulent times. I have always shopped at Morrisons in Halifax on the Keighley Road, doing 95% of my weekly shop, since it opened in the early 70's. I have never had cause to complain until now. I arrived at the supermarket just after 9am and there we virtually nothing on the shelves. No milk, dried milk cans of evaporated milk, toilet rolls, fresh chicken breast. The list is endless. It is about time you limited food to your customers. I am 68 years old and able to go elsewhere for food, if I can find any However, older people and the infirm will be struggling. It's all so well and good saying places will open earlier to allow us to shop. However, shelves need to be filled to enable us to do so. This will all add to the stress that a lot of people will be under at this time. As we have seen the NHS worker on TV this morning. YOU NEED TO ACT NOW TO STOP PANIC BUYING AND ENSURE THERE IS FOOD FOR ALL. WE ARE TOLD THERE IS ENOUGH. WHERE IS IT?

The shocking way that myself and my wife have been dealt with by Morrisons Insurance is disgusting. An incident occurred whereby my wife's coat was ripped whilst visiting the Bulwell store. The Manager Dave Price admitted liability by offering £25 to have the coat repaired. It could not be repaired so we were advised to go through Morrison's Insurance. The staff within the insurance department are totally uninterested in sorting out this matter and have said that they won't be taking this any further. Shocking customer support here.

Me and my family and friends shop at our local Morrisons Reading store. Recently we have noticed a vast improvement in all departments AND a much more motivated staff. Indeed an all-round shopping experience IMPROVEMENT. We subsequently discovered that a new Store Manager was appointed recently. My family and I went in to Morrisons at Rochdale and, being Pensioners, we decided to have a breakfast in the cafeteria there. Well, what a disappointment. The bacon obviously had been oven cooked on a tray and was left waiting to be dished out it was cold hard and rubbery, as was the toast, it couldn't be cut. The only things with any heat were the eggs. The tomatoes, sausages and mushrooms were cold. Won't be going there again or recommending to my friends. Absolute waster of money for the three breakfasts we were served.

Dear Sir/Madam. My name is Pam Wiseman and I am the Treasurer of Rochdale Heartbeat. We are a self funded charity of 30 years standing, Over the past 3 years we have donated 30 defibrillators to schools, sports venues, churches and community buildings also providing CPR and defibrillator training for the recipients. We have noticed that you do not have any facilities for the collection of ink cartridges in your store at Rochdale and with there being a big promotion at the moment regarding recycling and saving the planet for future generations we are asking if you would allow us to place a recycling box in your store in Rochdale. I have asked in store if it would be possible to see the Manager but I have been told to contact you at head office. There would be no extra work involved for your staff as we would monitor the box and remove it when it is full and if successful replace it with another box. The box is the size of a large shoe box. Thank you Pam Wiseman

Dear Morrisons. My wife and I are regular shoppers at the Scunthorpe branch of Morrisons and for this we have no complaints as such. But in view of the amount of plastic waist we are seeing, I think that amongst other things where we can see unnecessary packaging, I really see no need to stick tiny labels on each and every fruit there is. I eat a lot of fruit and get most annoyed that on every apple or pear I have a label to peal off. Apart from this inconvenience, it is one x millions of un-bio-degradable labels going into landfill sights. Is it not a good idea to stop this unnecessary practice?
Your faithful shopper.

I recently received notice from the firm who operates security cameras at Morrisons Belper that I had stayed on the car park for 20 hours and had been seen going in at 10am one day and leaving he next day at 2pm and needed to pay a fine. They either failed to look at video footage between those times or were trying it on. I took the notice into the branch and a very competent member of staff said she would cancel the notice and she kept the notice or future reference. Another notice arrive from the camera company and I repeated the previous action with another very helpful member of staff. Today I mentioned what had happened to a manager at the store who could not have cared less had he tried. I suggested a course of action which he said was stupid. If Morrisons use security companies over whom they have no control word will get round not to go and take your car for fear of receiving a malicious notice of fine.

It is not a review as such, but a request. We recently visited Wookey Hole in Somerset and discovered a rather nice Cheddar cheese that had been Cage aged. We understand from your deli at Sheffield Woodseats that you may have had this available last xmas? My wife and I would be very interested in purchasing this cheese on a regular basis. Therefore please advise if Morrisons have any intention of purchasing the cheese again in the near future.
