Dear Lynne Reid Banks,
My reading group read your book The Indian in the Cupboard and we thought it was a great book and would love to read more
However one of our group members, Max, is skeptical about the magical portions of the book, like the cupboard and the Indians, Cowboy, and key. Max thinks that Omri is hallucinating. He thinks that all of this is in Omri's head,, but the rest of the group knows and thinks it is magical. We fail to convince him and all the evidence in the book doesn't seem to do it. And he wont believe its magical until he gets a signed letter or email from the author. So, can you please, Lynne Reid Banks write back to us telling us if its magical or not. Thank you,
NatalieC. From Massachusetts, USA, 5th grade Powder Mill School. Email us at cbs2005@verizon. Net.
