A box for my sister in LBC depot on Oct-27, arrived Manila Dec-6, LBC said maximum of ten days before it's delivered to Cebu, it's Dec-23 and they can not even give an update to my sister. A part of that package needs to be taken by her to Manila on Dec-25 for my parents, if it doesn't arrive on time who will pay for the shipment? T# 1113817267

3 More boxes in LBC Sydney Nov-15 until now no update whatsoever. T#'s 1043986103/1043986090/1043986081. Usually only 3-4weeks for Manila delivery. I know it's Christmas time, but they should give an update that's the reason why contact numbers have been provided. I was one of the many unhappy customer of your Cebu City office that handles COD shipments. I had an item ordered from Watch Portal Friday, April 22. My shipper gave me 2-3 days shipping period, but my other friend who processed her order on the same day received her shipment the following day. I was really impressed. But the good impression just lasted for a day or two because my shipment was not delivered until now. Instead, when I checked on the tracking number, it was returned to origin without me knowing that they are trying to deliver the item. Your team do not have the initiative to call me if they were not able to locate my address. That really dissapoints me. Good day. Nais ko lang sabihin lahat ng kapalpakan ng lbc legaspi branch. Time consuming ang ginagawa nila. Nag order kami nag katrabaho ko sa lazada. Isang araw lang ang pagitan. So far dumating naman yung order ko sa office. Ang kaso pumunta sya ng 3pm. Nagka taon nasa field ako. Ang sabe nya sa katrabaho ko ay ay babalik nalang. The following day pumunta nga aya sa office pero ang dala lang nya ay docs ng office (probikes). So i ask him again. Wer is my item. Ang sabe nya nakalimutan daw nya. Bumalik ulit makaraan ang isang araw. Dala na nya item, item ng katrabaho ko. Ask ko uli sya asan yung sakin. Ang sabe ddelver nalang daw nya. After one week di na ko makapag antay follow up ko na sa polangui branch yung item ko. Ang sabe sakin naibalik na sa origin yung item. TIME consuming diba??? PLease lang wag nyo tolerate ganyang katamaran nag mga empleyado nyo Habang kami nag aantay pala sa wala. .

This is all about my jumbo box from South Korea. We have been tracking it online. It was fast and safely delivered in Manila. Thanks to your working team. However when it comes to the province (Santiago City, Isabela) I think it's a bit slow. Coz they have received our parcel last March 30th, but until now it is still in Santiago warehouse (that is based from your tracks). I called my family in San Manuel Isabela this morning and they said the package didn't arrive yet. This is my first time to use an LBC door to door coz what's inside the box are all gifts for our reunion this week. And we thought and we hope it would arrive early just like what the LBC Team in Korea had promised. I hope you could help me with this. Before transacting in your company be asked information from your office there in Tacloban asking on what would be their best advise on how to ship our PERISHABLE GOODS that way it would be readily availbe viable and in good condition upon our receipt here in MM. They told us to ship it earlier than 11 Am since that is the time of dispatch. We relying of your slogan of a 24 hour guaranteed delivery sent our cargo at about 9Am 19 Dec 2015. We have been informed that there would be no delivery that day Saturday, but was ASSURED that we can pick it up at SM Sucat LBC branch. Were expecting package and money to lbc, but they just give the package without the money and we tried to follow this from your hotline number 8585999 and they just give us false hope they said to wait till 7pm and the last minute theresno available courier.
