Hi,

Guys I really need your help. Your customer service as well as your billing dept. Are not doing anything regarding my concern. I subscribe to your broadband proMo which is NONSTOP450 on the 14th of June at exactly 11:59am. On the 15th of June at around 3:00 am, the free 30mb expires and it also took off my 450 subscription. I contacted your customer service at 200 and escalated the said issue, and advised me that they will send out a report to the tech dept to reverse the load that was taken off, and I need to wait for five days. After 5days I called back customer service and transfer me to the tech support team. I was been advised that they will send out report to the Billing Dept who the agent claimed the one who process the reversal. Again I was advised to wait for three days again. After three days called back tech team and promised that the reversal is on process and just need to Monitor for 24 hrs. Until now, I have not received the reversal. Can you help me?
