I bought a 2018 ford f150 truck in the second month of 2019 I traded in a 2012 Nissan titan truck that I had purchased a year before at the same company a excellent truck no problems I was contacted by the salesmen who originally sold me the Nissan titan he offered to let me trade the titan in on a ford f150, I took the deal worst mistake I ever made my second day with the ford f150 I noticed it missing or better description transmission problems took the truck back to the dealer the manager was very rude he had a sales staff meeting made me wait 45 minutes finally the sales clerk came to assist me in the end they would not trade or try to assist me with that truck the sales person said i guess you are stuck with this vechicle after taking the truck to the service departement twice they told me that they could not find anything wrong with the truck i was left with no choice, but to let them pick the truck a repo on my credit and ford does not give a dam

Just purchased three days ago on July 09, 2019, a 2019 Ford Super Duty F 350 Diesel, which is my 3rd Ford Super Duty diesel and my last. The first two were both ford diesel failures (2006 and 2009). I should have learned my lesson with the first two. I was so worried about checking the diesel engine out it never occurred to me that ford had gone so cheap, as to making the whole cab and bed out of CHEAP ALUMINUM REALLY? WHAT WAS FORD THINKING?

I can guarantee you I will not suffer with this truck's inadequacies, as I did with the other two trucks. It cost me several thousand dollars having defaulty diesel engines on the other two trucks. I will get this truck sold ASAP and try to get my money back and buy a new Cheverlot that is made of metal. However, today there is social media and I can assure you I will be posting all about Ford Super Duty trucks that are no longer super duty just a cheap aluminum can on wheels.

I purchased an F-150 2006 on 6/22/19 from New South Ford in Meridian, MS. After further inspection, the transmission system was very low on fluid. This was an indication of usage or linkage. The tapping we discovered was a non-functioning lifter in the engine that had gone bad. This requires a full motor overall as suggested by our mechanic. We call New South FOrd the same day and made arrangements to replace the vehicle. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO REPLACE THE VEHICLE OUR SALESMAN WAS NOT WHERE TO BE FOUND. We dealt with the general manager and he refuses to compromise with the "equal or greater value. " The dealer became belligerent and refused to negotiate a deal "equal or greater value. " He stood up and demanded that we leave because he could not help us. We had no transportation we had to walk three blocks. This is unprofessional, disrespectful and I was offended. It was 97 degrees.

I'M NOT SATISFIED IN FORD RIGHT NOW. BECAUSE IN MY EXPERIENCED IN MY FIRST OWN BRAND NEW CAR FORD XLT MODEL 2017. I SEE A WARNING IN MY DASHBOARD WRENCH AND ENGINE. I DON'T KNOW WHY? IN MY EXPERIENCED ACCELERATION NOT IN TIMING IN THE RPM AND LOW POWER IN ACCELERATE. WHERE IS THE WARRANTY ? NOTHING ? IS IT MANUFACTURED DIFFECTIVED? ALMOST five MONTHS MY CAR IS IN THE FORD MAINTENANCE AND YET I'M THINKING WHY IS SO VERY UNREASONABLE THE EXPLANATION OF MAINTENANCE. UNTIL NOW MY CAR STILL THERE.

I own a 2008 ford fusion se 2. three and recently ive replaced all six front control arms, in the process of lower rears on both driver's and pass the balljoint i pressed out with the ball joint to knuckle bushings. They literally broke three of my pullers before i damaged them with heat, a pickle fork, and a mual. I damaged and broke the lip off the bushings. And now i am being told by ford local to me that in order to replace them i need to replace both knuckles/hub housing or it will ruin tires, and control arms, wheel bearings, ect. But im wondering why you cant make just cant make replacement bushings since its such a wear spot and make it more affordable for people who do not have an extra 700$ dollars laying around to replace the entire knuckle.

I'm not satisfied with Ford at all right now. Since I was 18 years old I have owned a ford vehicle, Crown Victoria, Ford F-150, and now my mustang. I have received the worst maintenance service imaginable. I'm now left with a debt of $1, 174. 00 which is totally not my fault. The maintenance clerk failed to request an rental request after an additional claim was sent to be processed by my third party warranty company. No one also notified me the driver of the rental that my rental was not requested for the second claim and that I was no longer covered threw the warranty company. I do not understand why do the loyal customer of Ford have to pay such an outstanding balance due to the Ford maintenance negligence of communication with the warranty company and the customer. Now my car is being held at the dealership of Sheehy Ford in Marlow heights, Maryland until the enterprise balance is payed off. I also have a email from my warranty company stating that my rental was not requested for me.

I own a 1997/350 Diesel with 80, 000, 2004 /350 Diesel with 68, 000 a 2001 /550 Diesel with 60, 000 and a 2008/Diesel with 40, 287 miles and 1303 hours and the motor blowed up in the 2008 and FORD dosen't care enough to see why there 450 6. four is not lasting PASS 40, 287 miles. You would think Ford would want to know why a Diesel Dosen't last pass 40, 287. I will be tell everyone about this because Ford do not want to help. I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta from Lake Elsinore ford in california last year. I brought the car to the dealership and had it looked at. They informed me that the transmission clutch had gone bad and that it was a recalled part that would take four month's to come in. They informed that the car was safe to drive with a bad clutch. I asked if I could get a loaner car, and I was told number This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Ford, and I am glad to say it will be the last. Take my advice and stay away from Ford.

2010 Ford Escaoe with
1). Rotting Windiw Hinges
2) Bubbling Psint Over Right Rear Tire Well
3) Excessive Rust on Tailgate. No I do not have an extended warranty. Unacceptable that a five yr old vehicle is rotting and rusting. Have Read over 300 complaints with other Escspe owners with one or more of these issues. The ROTTING HINGES Scare me the most because I drive my young grandson in the car with me. If the Windiw falls out or explodes serious injury could happen. Cheap Parts for Ford, but a cost of over $300 for me to replace the hinges. The bubbling Psint and corrosion over the right rear wheel well. Read 75 reports of other Escape owners having same problem. Shoddy work. I will fight Ford to Acknowledge their workmanship is unacceptable and unsafe.
