I bought a 2012 Ford Focus. The transmission control module (TCM) failed on it completely. Before it failed it completely, the TCM destroyed the transmission. The car had less than 78, 000 miles on it. The Ford dealership wants 10, 000 to fix it. Ford will not fix it. Quality is not job #1. I am telling everyone I can find and contacting lawyers, state and federal agencies, and anybody else to complain about it.

dear sir hope this finds you well, I invested in an F150 platinum in 2016, well before your electric option for the 150 was introduced, I would like to have your company retrofit my 150 with an electric package to make it and electric F 150, and or make it an option for the loyal Ford customers that have invested a substantial amount of money already in your product to, go electric I am quite sure it can be done your company can do anything truck related and come up the dominant force in the truck industry/market, why not offer this feature to us as consumers of your fine product, up to certain newer model compatible yrs, please give us the ability to go electric without having to purchase a new car, the one I have now is just fine, but I would pay to make it electric come up with a program

I bought a 2018 F150 from Cleveland Ford in Cleveland, TN. In Feb 2021. The F150 had 19, 971 miles. March 2021 my alarm and emergency lights went off for no apparent reason. I took it to my local Ford dealership in Cookeville, TN. They reset the battery. April 2021, I had standing water on the passenger floorboard. Took my truck in for warranty repair -Cookeville, TN. They sent it to Cumberland Body shop and resealed the firewall. MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT My alarm system has gone off on more than on occasion since. In January 2022, I am just outside the 36-month mfg. Warranty, yet my mileage is only 34, 942 I have standing water again. The dealership sent my truck to the same hack shop for repairs to fix the same firewall problem. However, the BCM connector is corroded and causing my alarm system to sound constantly as result of ALL the water intrusion. The entire BCM harness has to be replaced. Ford will only pay for 90% based on their loyalty program. This is a MFG. DEFECT PAY 100%.

WHEN THE SALESMAN BROUGHT TH BRONCO TO US HE NOTICED ME READING THE WINDOW STICKER TO MY WIFE. HE STOPPED US VERY BLUNTLY AND INFORMED US THAT WE SHOULD NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE WINDOW STICKER THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY $5000. 00DOLLARS OVER WINDOW STICKER IF WE WANTED TO BUY THE BRONCO. THERE WAS NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE PRESENTED TO US AT ALL. I WAS VERY ANNOYED BY THI DEALER AND TOLD THE SALEMAN TO KEEP HIS BRONCO AND TO TELL THE MANAGER TO KEEP IT. I DO KNOW THAT THE DEMAND IS VERY GOOD FOR NEW VEHICLE BUT I OWN A FORD FLEX AND I DONT THINK I WILL BE BUYING A FORDBECSUSE THE DEALER DID NOT PUT A ADDITINAL DEALER MARK UP ON THE WINDOW STICKER BEFORE I WAS TOLD OF THE MARK UP. I have a Ford C-Max hybrid took it to paradise Ford In Cocoa Fl, had a terrible service experience called to speak to general manager whom was not in, , left message still no call back as well,
Ridiculous, I like my Ford, but might get rid of it after my experience at the dealership talk about people that are dysfunctional and unprofessional, can’t even call me back to see what the problem was . Wasn’t just one thing either, , first they did not look at my vehicle for over 24 hours after my appointment, had to call them multiple times just to find out what was going on nobody knew and found out what was point of appointment did not even look at car ridiculous, furthermore courtesy driver was sick and poor driver, she coughed and hacked whole way of drive no mask craziness, then my fiancé got sick from the drive we are not radical maskers by any means however when driver coughed continuously in enclosed vehicle these days you get concerned, whole experience dysfunctional, terrible

Watched Joe drive one of your EV 150's and was sickI have a 2003 Ranger(180K miles)and was looking at replacing it, that thought left me PDQ. Anything JOE backs up and boost is a ZERO for me and Ive been a FORD owner a long time, no longerNo gas/no pipe lines/solar 100% were will the electric come from without gasoline or coal power plants? No thanks to anything EV and no THANKS to FORD. Will keep driving the RANGER, got 250K with my last RANGER this one will go 300K even if I have to push it. Sad to have to watch a JOB killer drive a F150.

After watching the movie, Ford vs. Ferrari, I have profoundly decided Ford Motor Company and Leo Bebe are one of the lowest in this world. I will never purchase a Ford piece of crap in my opinion in my life

Ford Motot Corp., owes a huge apology for cheating Ken Miles the Triple Crown. Leo piece of crap Bebe, knew what he was doing, he stole something he had no right to do, and Mr. Ford did not do one thing to rectify it. Ford will be bad mouthed by me as often as the situation arises, for you deserve nothing for the dishonesty you allowed to stand. If your business doesn’t suffer after many people see the aforementioned movie, I would be surprised. I own two 2010 f-150 trucks one of theme recently stopped running in major traffic. After the truck was towed to a repair shop we come to find it was a blown fuel pump fuse which FORD recommends relocating the fuse location. The kit is provided by ford at a cost $35. 59 then the labor to perform the work. I asked if FORD is aware of the problem why will they not refund the cost. The answer it is not a safety issue so not a recall I believe if a truck has not control and no way to turn and or stop that is a safety concern. So if i was killed or hurt then that would get an answer i was not asking for any money for towing time loss from work only the cost of the repair $164. 49 if FORD knows there is reason to move the fuse then they know there is a problem again i have two of the same year trucks and thought FORD was the truck to have, but now not so sure you cant be part right either your wrong or right not just maybe.

I have a 2016 ford escape with 111, 000 miles and was told that my catalytic convertor needs to be replaced. I have had no response form your customer service team with help with helping with replacing this part. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and never had this happen to any of my Fords. I have read that this has been an issue with 2013-2016 Escapes. My first call was on November 20, 2019 and not until I stated I was going to call Corporate about this service issue. I got an email stating her name and the dealership is having the same issue with her. My case number is CAS-24919904. I do not feel that shouldn't be an issue since I have kept up with the regular maintenance schedule. I hope this can be resolved if not I am leaving the Ford family for a car that will last longer than 111, 000 miles. " BUILT FORD TOUGH" I do not think so.

This review is for the 2019 Ford fusion hybrid I travel often for my job and have recently rented this vehicle WTF were you thinking ? The average American male in the United States is right at six foot tall I’m only 5’7”and when I sit down to get in this car the door frame hits me in the middle of the ear every time. I literally had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to start the damn thing I hope I never have to rent another one of these.

Have some question. I brought new 2014 ford Fusion and paid for extended warranty that cover until 11/28/2020. Well had to take the car in to my dealership Chino Hills, Ca as the transmission was giving me problems, and that the A/C would come on by it self. They replaced the automatic transmission due to broken gear parts and they said I had to pay for a test done on A/C. And they could not find anything wrong with the A/C. Had to pay $100. 00 ded, and and $131. 00 for test on the A/C. Well when I was driving home the A/C can on three time so I turned back to the dealer. I told him A/C is still doing the same thing. He them told me that every time you turn the radio on the A/C would come on I told him it never happen until six months ago. So why now. The service man said that's how it works. And that all 2014 Fusion have that and it is normal. I told him that is not normal. So is the service man right that all 2014 fusion A/C come when you turn the radio on or touch the radion.

My husband and I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion/sel new from Mathews Ford in Broken Arrow, OK. In 2011. No trouble until this summer when we got a recall for air bag. Took to Ford dealer they pulled Dash to replace air bag, we have had trouble with air conditioner ever since. They want almost $2, 000 to fix air. I feel they damaged the sensor and control head while replacing the recalled air bag. Can you help us deal with them. We have bought two pickups and three cars all new ones from Ford. Now we live on S. S. Fixed income and cannot afford to have our car fixed. The car has less than 60, 000 miles on it. How can air go out after only been driven that much. For ford customers and company; gas companies won't tell you this, but making and buying electric vehicles EV is so important. Gasoline cars are no longer going to be made as a new way to create electricity has been invented. Also and new chemical compound and a new computer censor oxygen fuel tank for a new kind of fuel made by salt that extracts the fatal spills leaving rain non fatal in countries where it currently is fatal. Although much paper work and legalities are needed for these new inventions. The first one has already been patented and the others ae pending with the government patent offices. It takes up to 30 months, 12 and 18, though the process of making the fuel begins with make electricity and that is patented with the USA Government. For ford motors and customers. Buying and making electric is so important as buying a gas powered car, is completely temporary and buying one now could result in a complete loss of resale, or dealing with angry customers over trade ins.

I own a 2008 ford fusion se 2. three and recently ive replaced all six front control arms, in the process of lower rears on both driver's and pass the balljoint i pressed out with the ball joint to knuckle bushings. They literally broke three of my pullers before i damaged them with heat, a pickle fork, and a mual. I damaged and broke the lip off the bushings. And now i am being told by ford local to me that in order to replace them i need to replace both knuckles/hub housing or it will ruin tires, and control arms, wheel bearings, ect. But im wondering why you cant make just cant make replacement bushings since its such a wear spot and make it more affordable for people who do not have an extra 700$ dollars laying around to replace the entire knuckle.

I'm not satisfied with Ford at all right now. Since I was 18 years old I have owned a ford vehicle, Crown Victoria, Ford F-150, and now my mustang. I have received the worst maintenance service imaginable. I'm now left with a debt of $1, 174. 00 which is totally not my fault. The maintenance clerk failed to request an rental request after an additional claim was sent to be processed by my third party warranty company. No one also notified me the driver of the rental that my rental was not requested for the second claim and that I was no longer covered threw the warranty company. I do not understand why do the loyal customer of Ford have to pay such an outstanding balance due to the Ford maintenance negligence of communication with the warranty company and the customer. Now my car is being held at the dealership of Sheehy Ford in Marlow heights, Maryland until the enterprise balance is payed off. I also have a email from my warranty company stating that my rental was not requested for me.
