These addresses are useless. The website address doesn't work. The address is for Ford Customer Service, it's a "general mailbox" and the CEOs, Presidents, Chairmen, , etc will NOT get your letters or calls. Ford is just another corporation only interested in PROFITS and not quality vehicles. They do not stand behind their vehicles. I have a 2011 Ford Fiesta with inherent problems and not one person at Ford could care less that it's been sitting in my yard for MONTHS because I can not drive it. I'm never going to buy another Ford. I'm looking at a Hyundai or a Suburu, or a horse. Anything is better than a "Fix Or Repair Daily" car.

Amazing How A company misses earnings prediction by a mile and because it was a false number our stock tanked. A correction was made Later, but it was too little too late. Many Give You Credit For How the company is doing. I think you do not know what's Going on or even give a hoot, but Ford is not a better company because of you in my opinion. As an investor I will eventually leave Ford and Go elsewhere. You can not even get close to the actual earnings With all the knowledge you have you and your so called experts know very little and get paid too much. A very disappointed investor. Jose G Santiago.

Congratulations on finally coming out with a vehicle for the ecologically responsible minded Ford Mustang E. Yes I am a past owner of a 68 Mustang GT, so see the importance and enjoyment of style, finesse, thrills. I realize they are important in marketing and strategic product management which is my game now. The new "leaked" or shall we say freaked video of the electric mustang burning rubber through the streets of Detroit. Wow talk about totally idiotic, immature and infantile. What are you selling? You are showing that an ELECTRIC care can generate pollution and caustic smoke like a moron rolling coal Wow. Call me for a free consultation on product management and product life cycle extensions. By the way take all those responsible for the stunts and videos, into a closed-door hanger and have a dozen mustang-e cars burn rubber for 15 minutes before opening the barn doors. They will realize the totality of their um brilliance.

In Aug of 2020 I purchased a 2020 F-350 King Ranch. The payload capacity at the time of purchase was 4544 pounds. It's now Apr 2021 and I just had new "Tread" labels put on due to Safety Recall 21S06. Apparently the Cargo carrying capacity was overstated. One of the major reasons I purchased the truck was the 4455 pound capacity. Now it's reduced to 3955, a difference of 589 pounds even though my GVWR is still 12. 400 lbs. So on this $85, 000 truck Ford can just send new labels reducing cargo capacity instead of installing or upgrading the suspension to be what I paid for and probably what others paid for on their trucks too. This recall will effect a lot of Super Duty owners who buy truck based on Cargo capacity and towing. I've been a life long Ford Truck buyer, Ford Motor Company can do better.

during this new trend to go electric, isnt it time to increase mpg with new carbs and tuning? Why not use technology to enhance driving cars with gas, instead of wasting time making cars faster using more gas and spewing emissions. How about making a 100mpg car, when we know the technology does exist. Now its time to refab gas cars, so billions of vehicles are not in junkyards which would take up a whole state. Not to mention there is no way for a poor person to buy a new electric vehicle. Yet ford could take the lead by offer discounts for ppl to refab with new carbs to reduce emissions and increase mpg.. No longer does that tech need to be hid. Maybe talk to Trump about the tesla tech he owns. It would be worth trillions if you redid the gas burning vehicle, without going electric... you are welcome... remember me when you make more money than God has...lol jk... i could use the first new carb ... free, call it the coreycarb, or the welchanator... oooh yaaaa

I have been trying for over a month to get a 2009 Lincoln Town car trunk latch for my 83-year-old neighbor who has been getting the run-around by the Concord Ford. Today I was told that the part is not available in the US. She has not been able to drive her car for a month. Now her option is to the tie down the trunk so she won't be able to use it. Can you go to the manufacturer to get this part?

And I have had problems with this truck from day one, only had the truck for two months and ford has had it for one month of the two. Everytime I call about my vehicle it's as if I'm getting the run around. Now I'm at the breaking point of calling an attorney.

I bought a Ford 2016 Focus from Orlando Car Deals in Maitland Fl. End of May 2020. The transmission started slipping within a few weeks. So I took it back and Orlando car deals (OCD) said the transmission was recalled so they took it to PEACOCK ford in Maitland. Which is the reason for this email. They are the WORST, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. three weeks and they do not return calls from Jeff Rudz manager to Erick service manager. One story after another. My father wored for ford motor company for 30yrs in Mawhaw NJ before retiring in 1978 and we always bought ford. I have dealt with many many ford dealerships, but PEACOCK is by far the worst. Just finally got off phone with Erick only got him becasue I refused to hung up with front desk person til he got on phone after five calls back to back messages left he gets on phone and acts like its my fault I am annoyed. Tells me everyone is waiting for something. He sure did not offer to make my car payment for a car he had for three weeks.

I have been trying to sign in at Ford Plus, With no success. I have called to Ford Plus help team, but they were useless. I have tried customer service and they were less than useless. I even wrote you and the response referred me to Member program headquarters and I have called 15 times since 131PM local time. 14 times I got a busy signal and one time it rang until Verizon timed me out. It it appears that Ford does not want me to join. If they did it would not be this difficult to join. I had my Ford dealer try and he could't do it either. I have been Ford fan all my life since my father drove Fords and since I grew up in Norfolk I even saw Fords being built. I want to stay with Ford because my dealer, Duncan Ford, in Blacksburg, VA, but there are other brands and dealers that have to treat me better than this. Can/will you help me and please, do not refer me to the groups that you have already done because they are a waste of all our time. Please, help me.

I writing because the dealer said we would receive a $750 rebate if we financed our vehicle through Ford Motor Credit rather than paying cash. We financed about half the cost of vehicle to receive the rebate. The Dealer said the rebate was not part of the financing paper work due to the rebate coming from Ford Motor Creditor. We have called dealership and Ford Motor Credit regarding the rebate. The dealer is giving me a run around, Ford Credit denies the rebate, running me back to the dealership. We paid $20, 000 down and will be paying this this loan shortly. For the life of me, as a shareholder and a previous ford vehicle owner, it is challenging to accept as a reasonable way to do business. It leaves a bad taste in our mouth. I've been run around enough. Ford does not need dealers or salesmen telling customers they will get a rebate from the Ford Motor Credit when Ford Motor Credit does not offer the rebate, promised.

I have been purchasing Ford for almost 30 years and every time I purchase a brand new vehicles except once something has been wrong or gone wrong with them. I have been inconvenience every time, but Ford never has compensated me for my troubles. I reached out toady to see if some of the mileage can be waived and was denied. I just purchase a new Escape and not 24 hours goes by my CD player does not work. I took it in and it has to be replaced. Once again I am been inconvenience. You can not contact anyone at the executive level or office that most companies have they just give you a PO Box to mail a letter. This is why some of us go and purchase foreign vehicles. Even though this can happen with another dealer you just get tired and been loyalty to someone, but they never show their gratitude. I pray this gets to the right person that cares enough to get in touch with me.
