Dr Isak Burger was the leader of the AFM Church. The AFM church in South Africa committed company fraud in 2008 against the former Apostolic Faith Mission Theological College (AFMTC), now Auckland Park Theological Seminary (ATS). The AFM leadership had defrauded the title deed of the AFMTC/ATS by removing the names of the AFMTC/ATS directors and replacing it with names of AFM church members. They tried to deprive of rightful ownership, the AFMTC/ATS, by misappropriating their property and building by committing company fraud. The AFM church broke the contract of the AFMTC/ATS with the University of Johannesburg who had given the College financial support, awarded degrees, and titled the lecturers as professors. The AFM leadership ruined the college. The AFM church wanted to obtain the AFMTC/ATS building as Headquarters for the AFM by fraudulent destructive means. There was a sign reading 'HQ AFM' in the house on the premises. The AFM also made several court cases against the AFMTC.

I was in a coffee shop this morning, where I read the Cape Times. It takes under five minutes to read the entire sorry excuse for a newspaper. The front page is always dedicated to slandering Helen Zille - and nothing else. Because they never have anything of substance on the front page, the designer (or whatever hack is responsible for the graphics - to call him or her a "designer" is to be too kind) drags the photograph under the nameplate so that it is always far larger than it should be (thus taking up the space where, in the old days, actual articles with actual words would be). This is the reason why the front-page photograph is always ugly and asymmetrical. It is an egregious example of how not to make a paper look good.

The Cape Times has become a loathsome newspaper. Iqbal Surve is, by all accounts, a loathsome man. I hope Independent Media implodes. Perhaps after next month's election, the ANC will see that Indie Media doesn't move the needle towards the ANC one iota and disassociate from Surve's shady venture. Let the whole thing crash and burn. I had the misfortune to read the Sunday Tribune as my Coffee shop had no spare Sunday Times. It is the most pathetic rag of a paper. There was nothing and I mean seriously nothing in it. Years ago it was a good second opinion to read on a Sunday. In the end no one will buy these rubbish newspapers. You cannot fool people for too long. Sadly it is the Government pension Fund that will lose the R800 million, not Surve who is surely drawing a massive salary and bonus so if the Company goes South it wont hurt him at all. The Cape Times was arguably Cape Town's best daily before it was taken by over by its present owners. Currently it is arguably the worst.

I thought I would get in touch with you to hear whether you would be interested in doing an article / story about our most recent fundraiser that took place. We are a registered NPC, animal rescue organisation and work mainly in the area of Grabouw. Vision / Mission:
Our primary objective is to minimize the neglect, pain and suffering of animals. We strongly believe that this can be achieved through building lasting relationships with the people of the poorer societies, uplifting them, educating them on animal care and showing an interest in their community. Sterilising the animals is an absolute must. HAT is the voice of those that cannot speak for themselves. Scope of work
• Build and maintain healthy work relationships with the poorer communities in order to gain their trust. • Routine visits to each household that owns a pet to ensure the health of the animal. • Provide advice regarding pet care if needed. • Make positive changes to the hearts of pet owner.
