Hello, I worked for BA at West London Terminal 30th May 1977 until approx June 1979. In this time I have lost my staff number. I was wondering if anyone could find this for me as I need to follow up on my BA pension enquiry. Thank you, Victor E Pullen

Impossible to reach your head office, expected better from a world class airline, it appears to be a business in hiding

Out of all my flying experience and I have many. This has been the worst. British airways uses us airways, but does not have a solid relationship with them. I have had the worst experience ever and I canno wait to email all the news outlet and speak to a lawyer about it. There is no customer service. My connection flight was missed because the plane was delayed, my bag was released broken before my connecting flight and to make things worst for me, customer relations are rude, no customer service and would not even allow me to talk to someone. This has been the worst flying experience, and none of the staff are trained on customer service, I will make sure that I tell everyone that would listen about my experience and I will not stop until British airways no longer has passengers, I think it is do messed up to do everything you are suppose to and still your being penalized and no one is willing to help. The stress the airline put me through caused to to have a sickle cell crisis.

Please i need help on how to get my refund from BA South Africa. Transaction was done in Lusaka branch. I did some correspondence with them, they are just going in circles with me, i gave them all that they needed in order to get my money back. Now no one wants to communicate with me at least to let me know if they will give me or not. All they said was that they did not know where to find Zambian currence. I need someone from the office to give me a call and talk to me. Maybe I am not explaining well in my writing. THIS HAPPENED IN 2012.

After making many attempts to use my OVER 12 Years accumulated Avios miles to travel, I finally gave up and decided to contact the British Air Executive Club Customers Service hoping that someone in your organization would offer me any help. I also sent many emails and letters to British Air complaining about the Avois program ( attached is a sample of my communications). As of today no one even bother to call me or contact me by email from your organization to offer me any help. This is wrong and unfair practice that the British Air is implementing by encouraging customers to be a loyal flyer with British Air and allow them to accumulate Avios miles,, but the airline makes it impossible for the customers to use their accumulated Avios miles. PLEASE at least someone responds to my many e-mails, letters, and telephone calls. My telephone number is 707-280-3535.
