The Workforce Development Authority (WDA) of Singapore came into an existence in September 2003. During the recession time in early 2000s, the WDA had helped the workforce to maintain the momentum by providing them with training and upgrading their skills. WDA stands to empower the workforce through a process of “learning for life advancing with skills”. WDA has a vision to form a competitive work force and enhance employment in Singapore.
