I’ve been on the phone for 75 minutes now trying to pay my bill by phone. They sent me twice to their payment dep. Which turns out is in the Philippines and I can’t understand a word they said. They kept calling it a WU account I had to open. I asked both the people in the Philippines what a WU account was. They said they didn’t know. They wanted my credit card number, but said they’d put it in a WU account even though they didn’t know what that was. Then I called Transamerica again four times total, and they said they never even heard of a WU account. I asked them if they were a real business. A real company because I never saw one run so badly. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but waited and waited and no one came back to the phone. This is the first time I’ve ever tried to pay my bill for life insurance by phone because it’s a freaking pandemic and I don’t have a stamp
This company is awful. I said to my husband I hope I die first so I don’t have to try to deal with them.
