Due to trust of Toyota only I have purchased new Etios Car having registration no - HR36AC2102, but it rusted and made holes with sheet across. No support from dealer side and no support with toyota side as I have twitted also, no response. It became worst condition with my car and totally fake commitment done by toyota about Quality, durability and reliability.

Sir I have beeen writing on twitter about my husbands accidental death due to malfunctioned AIRBAG of Fortuner due to which he succumbed to nine ribs fractured in the accident. BUT there has been no positive reply of Toyota. My all life has become hell, my three year old son searches and calls his father everyday, Our Income from one of the best Non-Veg restaurant which my husband used to run in Dehradun has stopped. My husband was the only son of his father and was a restaurateur. It was not a severe accident as the vehicle with which our Fortuner collided did not even got a DENT. Your office is Not responding to calls. Once an operator picked up who was not very helpful. I have purchased Innova Crysta V series(petrol version) on 4 Aug from Galaxy Toyota, Showroom at Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi. Ever since, It was collected from the showroom, its engine is giving trouble and displaying message on the screen " Reduce Engine Power, Visit Your dealer and Check engine, visit your dealer". The engine starts shaking violently and it is difficult to even engage the gear when first message comes on screen. The engineers have once checked the vehicle 0n 16 Aug and declared it fit. Despite that the trouble in the engine continues. This morning the service people have taken the vehicle to the service centre in Okhala, new Delhi for checking and repairs. The vehicle has been registered in the name of The Hans Foundation with a registration number DL 3CC E 7595. I am totally dismayed at the unprofessional approach of the company officials.

I have bought Innova Crista vehicle on 01. 07. 2016 at Nandi Toyata showroom in Kanakapura road and my vehicle number bearing KA05 MT 6309. The manager at nandi toyota showroom behaved very rudely and raised voice against customers with no response properly nor they respect customers. I am sorry to say that i was unhappy about the treatment given to the customers at your showroom and had a very bad experience at your showroom. I hope the issue is addressed and the customers are treated well with hospitality.

It seems there is no standard operating procedure referred by toyota. there are so many loopholes while adhering the strict operating procedure. I feel there are cases of tax evasion also by the toyota dealers.
