0845 is a premium rate number for tescos. You get tranfered to a call centre in Dundee Scotland If you are on a tesco mobil contract it wipes out your monthly data DISGUSTING.

Tesco once again associated with farms that have been filmed exhibiting the most barbaric, heinous cruelty to defenceless farm animals. After their lives are spent suffering atrocities, they are then hammered to death or continually hit against the stone floor, some left still alive
last week an article associated with Tesco regarding the relentless appalling, relentless cruelty to chickens bundled into sheds, force fed unable to carry the weight, never seeing the light of day
A couple of years ago Tesco were also associated with cruelty at a farm
ISN'T IT ABOUT TIME THIS COMPANY LOOKED CLOSER AT THE FARMERS AND THEIR EMPLOYEESTHEY GIVE BUSINESS TO?
This is the reason I never shop at Tesco.

I would like to point out a great store and staff. An employee named SAM, why he is not a team leader, is unbelieveable. He does everything, picking up rubbish, fixing coffee machine, loading off loading goods, knows the petrol pumps, knows problems witt the tills, knows all the products, always helping customers, even knows the air pump machine, which is not easy to operate. Everyone thinks he is a great worker. He walks to and from work About 4-5 miles. Needs promotion.

Sir
Having been a customer of Tescos Dereham since it opened, I'm growing more concerned regarding the staffing levels, of which you are no doubt aware, and the impact they may be having on the possible infection rate of covid 19. To elaborate, for the last three weeks the store has been offering sanitising equipment, advice and this week a traffic light system has been implemented to regulate the number of people in the store, in them selfs effective. The problem comes when the customer comes to pay and use the tills. Because of staff shortages to man the tills, although there are floor walkers trying to look busy, customers crowd around the open tills, this week three, encouraging the transmission of the virus undoing all the previous good work. Priority needs to be given to opening tills even if that means floorwalkers and management leave their offices to help. Your comments would be of interest
Regards
Neil Fegan .

I have shopped at my Llanelli Tesco store for many years. Each month I leave the store with a trolley stacked high, but no more. There are three cash point machines outside this store, none of which have been working for at least the past three months. I normally withdraw cash with my 'cash' card and continue with my shopping quite happily. These days I shop at Morrisons where the machines are always working. Although the product selection is not quite as good it is hassle free. This situation may not be down to Tesco, but the bank. However, Tesco's are loosing money as I am not the only one. Should this situation be remedied I will be quite happy to return, but for now - I am sorry.

I received my first home delivery on Saturday 25 April 2020. In the delivery was a welcome to Tesco leaflet. Inside it explains there is a minimum basket charge for orders under £40 for deliveries. This also is repeated on your online website. Why then did you chage me £4? I am expecting another delivery on the 29 April. My customer number is 118445491.

My wife and I are in our seventies and eighties (I am eighty five) both of us with medical conditions and have been self isolating for the last three weeks and need home deliveries. We are a Delivery Saver customer (mid week £3-49 a month, on a six month contract. We have had two deliveries, but cannot find a slot for April. (Copy of our agreement attached). We have tried telephoning you and I would suggest you phone your Customer Service on 0800 5055555 and you will find that you cannot speak to anyone and get hung up on after being lectured to as to why you cannot help your customers. We read in the paper (delivered daily) that you are giving priority to those over seventy with existing conditions. We are not asking for special treatment, but that you honour the contract we have between us. Kind regards
Derek.

I would like to know why
a) our normal shop that usually costs £80-£90 has cost £185 today - this shows that you are profiting from a situation that is killing people and causing people to go hungry - today I witnessed an elderly lady have a break down at the tills and was then asked to move away and sort herself out as she could not afford her few items that she said usually cost £12-£14 was £26 she left very upset and saying unable to feed her and her husband this week as she can not afford this. B) I know your staff are doing a great job putting themselves at risk to keep the shops open and are putting up with some hassle from some customers, but surely that does not give them to treat people disrespectfully and rudely, we are all worried and stressed at this time which is why we should all be pulling together to help each other. Not PROFIT
C) Why is it you scan three items on a deal and then one gets taken off at the end, but not refunded as told we are busy move on Disgraceful.

Tesco calling is a spy tool, you will see blogging in the next two weeks showing how you collect data and call records. This will be sent to our team to flood UK website warning consumers of your devious practice and warning them on purchasing your calling card. 1. You can not delete calling records
2. You can not delete messages. 3. You keep records of calls and messages. 4. No privacy
5. Our group of bloggers will blog five pages a day for two weeks with
#takedowntescocallingcard.
