The revamped accessibility is looking very encouraging. I have not yet been into the office at Preston, but I know exactly where it is and will need to visit on Monday morning. The telephone system is a LOT better. Once I have visited the office, I hope to increase the cautious rating Previously, the system has caused a lot of anxst. This is looking promising.

Mr. James Richard ChambersJan 11, 2016
I am sending you this email as I have been trying to phone the Preston office for over a week now and I am finding it totally unacceptable that the line is contumely engaged. I have been asked by the Preston tax credits office to send all my books, details of earnings etc. So they can check them. I posted the required information on the 24/12/2015 and as I am a 64 year self-employed painter I don’t have a lot of paper work to check so I was expecting a quick response to your enquiry into my tax credits award so I can get my books back ready for the tax man. Ps I am still confused why you need this enquiry as I retire in a few months’ time and will no longer be needing tax credits?
