Mr. Dr SB KalidharDec 05, 2016
CPF to GPF changeover - I lost the case in P and H HC, single bench, double bench, SC (no notice was issued) and then CURATIVE - my plea was that the circular for this purpose had not been shown / intimated to me. There is now a decision of Delhi HC that changeover from CPF to GPF is rational now- because - when employees of DU opted for CPF, interest rates werte 14 % - and now interest rates have gone down - resulting in a discrimination to those who had opted for CPF. My university is HAU, Hisar. Is it in order for me to move to P and H HC to extend changeover to me on the pattern of judgment delivered by Delhi HC. I just need a small response. (Adocates tell me that after losing a case in the SC, it will be a ver vry weak case - to seek relief - on the basis of additional new facts). PLEASE HELP ME JUST BY PROPOSING: take a chance / Not to waste time and money.
