I am MaheshChand residant of Gautabush Nagar Utter Predesh and now I am living in New Delhi. I have submit three number IInd appeal relates to DM Office and SSP Office of Gautam budh Nagar and accept by SIC Office in Lucknow and also attend 3times. Last two times I attend the Gomti Nagar office, on my hearing date, Commissioner on leave and information not given to RTI activist. I met Hon Javed Usmani, CIO and suggest for this thing. I have spent the money and leave for two days to this purpose from Delhi to Lucknow and back. After Hearing my appeal two times, SIC said that your appeal is not order. If SIC accept the appeal of RTI activist and issue the letter to attend on hearing date decided by SIC Office. If SIC office was not satisfied on the paper relates IInd appeal, Letter for hearing should not be issued. If RTI activist have submit two more appeal in your office, please hearing date in one date. Kindly look in to the matter and take action accordingly. Yours faithfully
