Sir, I understand that PCI is set up under the constitution of India and mainly concerned with the freedom of press. It is also a part of its duty to provide all safety to press or media men and no doubt the fourth pillar is working in a very nice way other wise our fundamental right the freedom of speech or expression which has been guaranteed by constitution would have been snatched away. If we see from the constitution point of view it is wonderful, but as for its role to achieve the goal is concerned we are little differing. It is true that press makes the awareness and motivate the people to raise its voice \against any wrong of his rights or duty of any one so that the people of India can get their rights, but question is when the constitution has given this much liberty to PCI then can it not raise its voice that the object of our preamble is not fulfilled even after 67 years and every body is violating the oath he is taking before taking charge of his seat / chair.
