In the state of Minnesota, DMV rules no not permit a p.o. box as an address. With our growing homeless population, people are unable to obtain state ids as a result. Fuck the state, get me a shit ton of po boxes. They need it for DHS communications, lifeline phones, and to get a damn id. Make a program that offers a box to qualified low income persons. CH112666859US 86 days still not deliver, it has gone from my home town to Las Vegas, to NY, to Chicago, back to NY, back to Las Vegas, back to my home town, and now in California, now it been sitting there for the last 4 days. Our package has travel more in the USA than the promise to deliver which was 7-10 days, these are the words from your web page also. If this package was mail directly to Sudan with all the states it has been to it would it be your as promise 7-10 days. This was mailed before all the holidays yet you could not do the job. We think the package might be coming back to us, we really do not know, but if it is we want our full refund when package is return in hand. As of USPS, we will never ship with you ever again, and I will blog this as a warning to all.

Dear Mr. Post Master General:

On December 5th, I mailed a package out Priority Mail from Florida to Georgia. According to tracking system it left the facility 12/5 mailed in Winter Park 32792 arrived at the ATL distribution on December 8th at 11:30PM. On the 12th of Dec. It's still in transit with no time expectation and no further updates on the system. It took three days to get to Atl., four days of the notification the package is still in transit and now it has been nine days without a package which was paid for as Priority and it was insured. The package held sentimental value it was going to my great grandson. I contacted your customer service department, the information they give is they can not tell me where it is. It's in limbo. I spoke with a Supervisor by the name of Beth, Agent #F73B20, at least that is what she provided. She stated she would put a investigation and so she did with the #18658981. Now nine days later system hasn't changed and no pkg.

I have been in business for over 13 years. In the past five months my business has had many problems with our checks reaching vendors for payment. We have never been late on paying our bills. Now. We are continually late. Or I should say the postal service is now continually late in delivering our checks. I have had to stop payment on two checks for non delivery. So, not only are checks late now it is costing me additional money to put stop payments thru the bank. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP
Whatever your political agenda is. I am mad. I am mad that you Mr. DeJoy are costing me money (that my business cannot afford right now) and costing me the extra time to continually track on who has received our payments and who has not. One of our payments never even made it 15 miles away. You sir are a disgrace to the office you hold and to the many employees that must work for the Postal Service.

The postal office in Merrick, New York 11566 has again delivered someone else's mail to my address (our neighbors). And I only got one envelope which was junk. Where do you think my mail ended up? Do you think people have been mailed ballots or requested absentee ballots and they were delivered to the wrong address. Calling the local post office that is responsible for the delivery was like being told I don't count, we don't care and it's not my problem. This is RIDICULOUS! And you want more money to operate to deliver what? Newspaper coupons? We have done our best to go paperless so that we do not rely on the honesty and lack of total efficiency of the local post office to deliver what we deem secure, but there are things we do receive such as credit card renewals, etc. Where do these end up? If I am getting someone else's mail, who is getting mine? Is there someone in the local post office that can be trusted to do their job properly?

I'm angry. Disappointed. Outraged by USPO decision Oct 20, 2020 to with draw Postal Police protection from letter carriers. I am writing to let you know that I am outraged that you would even consider dis-continuing Postal Police protection for our hard working letter carriers. This is very ugly timing during an election. Discontinuing Postal Police protection to our letter carriers, stopping protection of our blue letter boxes and USPO vehicles during this particular time frame is despicable. I am both disappointed and outraged!! This is how liars and con-artists behave. I beg you to bring integrity back to our postal system, like your parents taught you. We want uniformed Postal Police back on their rounds protecting postal carriers, preventing the theft of mail from our blue letter boxes and PO vehicles, and providing escorts for high value mail throughout this election season.

I am the owner of a small construction type business. On several occasions now customers have sent checks to our office and I have not received. So is the case on this incident. Check for $3800+ was issued on 8/6. Post mark from North Houston shows a date of 8/5. Then there was a strip at bottom dated 8/14. I FINALLY received on 9/8 at 7:00 PM. THAT IS OVER A MONTH Called the customer yesterday afternoon and they are/were going to stop payment on check. This is a big pain in the ARSE. Now. With all that said, it seems that the big wigs in politics think it would be a good idea to have everyone mail in their ballot. NOT ME Something needs to happen in our area to fix this problem 1st This is ridiculous I could have walked to the company and picked up check and made it back to office in less than a month. My zip is 77708 And please do not respond with some BS about Hurricanes or Covid. That won't fly. I will also be contacting our local investigative news.

efficiency. This will only SLOW DOWN mail. I can not believe you think Americans won't see through this ruse. You said you would stop until after the election, but it is happening today, so I guess you lied. Why doesn't the Postmaster General have an email address? Closing post offices and removing sorting machines without an alternate plan for providing timely mail service is unacceptable. It took two months for a birthday card I sent from Belgium to Pennsylvania to be delivered. My friend's card to me arrived within a week. Cards and friendly letters are expendable, although important in these times, but what about bill payments, medicine deliveries or checks?
We need improved service, not less, ESPECIALLY as elections are coming up and absentee ballots will be being sent. Everyone has a duty to vote and a right for their vote to be counted.

I live in Missoula, Montana and the post office has just removed seven mail drop-off boxes and plans to remove six more within my community shortly. I had depended upon one of these boxes to send outgoing mail. I was depending upon using it to mail in my absentee ballot for the general election, but the post office now has taken this away from me. I do not trust attaching outgoing mail to my mail slot. For many elderly who no longer drive, there is no longer a safe way to vote. The post office has taken it away from many. It feels like voter suppression.

Premium Forwarding -April 2020 we requested an extension of our forwarding service for two weeks. The web site did not work - very difficult to navigate. After numerous attempts and calls to the USPS service center to find the USPS does not apparently have anyone who knows the system any better than I do, finally connected after several calls to a supervisor who established a case number. Later we received an email from USPS that our premium forwarding had been extended to the day we requested per the USPS e-mail to us. Mail was not forwarded as promised. Hours of call to customer service people who mostly did not know any more about how to use the system that I did; finally talked to a person on May 13 who told me the issue was finally resolve and I would receive an e-mail or telephone call from my local post office to affirm mail would be forwarded - no call - no e-mail - no service - said I had not followed proper procedure and would not forward my necessary medication sitting.

Second package lost in less than a year. First one i had to eat the postage and product because they could not recover it because the people were never home? The only thing a carrier needs to know is how to count to ten and read a street name. The only thing the US Postal service is good for is wasting tax payer dollars. Fed X, Ups never looses anything. The Post office at 56466 is a complete waste of tax dollars, they work less hours then bankers and are never open when normal people get off work, you end up driving 40 miles to the next town that has an open Post office. I currently have three packages that I have been trying to get mailed for the last month, but my local Post office in Motley MN 56466 is closed more then it is open. And when you do get in you have no clue as to who works there the employees are dressed like they are at home lounging on the couch no one is in a uniform and there friends are hanging out behind the counter with them. If this is the new business model for the Post Office then it's failing bad. This Post office could just as well be closed it's not providing any real services.

The service In Boca Raton Florida is horrible. We are a sixty five year old company which spends approximately $150, 000. 00 per year in postage. Over the past five years i have had to make hundreds of calls to get our mail picked up. Some days it doesn't get picked up at all We send fabric sampels ou to our customers all over the United States. When they receive them they are able to get business for themselves and in turn for us. No matter how many times I call it doesn't seem to matter. In fact when i complained too much our pick up time was changed from 4:00 to 11:00 which meant that items that need to go out on that business day can"t unless we take it to the post office. We are located in an office park so one would think it would make sense for businesses to be picked up at or near the end of business day. In my opinion the inmates are runnnig the asylum. I hope Trump fires everyone at he top.

EVERYONE IS VERY APOLOGETIC AND SAY THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT BUT AFTER four DAYS OF CALLING, I STILL HAVE NO MAIL. IF THE USPS WAS A REAL BUSINESS THEY WOULD BE BANKRUPT. I just had a birthday and my older brother sent me a birthday card and check for $500. It has not arrived yet and he sent it over ten days ago. I don’t want to alarm you, but I had a new HSA credit card sent to me in December 2015 that was not delivered until the end of January 29, 2016. The envelope had been OPENED and the card had been handled. My BEST girlfriend from High School also sent a birthday card seven days ago from BRADENTON, and it has not arrived yet. My complaint was informal and it is about to get FORMAL. Do I make myself perfectly clear. Please see that this woman who is delivering our mail presently is replaced or I will take this to the next level. I AM NOT pleased with your words and I have been as patient as I can be,, but NO MORE

On the March 12 2016 I Register a Packet from my Tamarac PO to Jamaica and today its the 03/24 and it has not reached Jamaica WI, Last time I checked at my PO it was sitting at a Miami PO. I paid $12/20 to Register this packet and it was urgent and up to now its still in the USA. Who can I turn to for retributation.
