I passed my SSLC Exam from Trivandrum in March 1982 with Reg. No. 496858. My present and permanent address is Mumbai. My original SSLC certificate is irrecoverably lost. I intend to apply for duplicate for which I am required to produce declaration duly attested by a Magistrate. Please advise me whether attestation by Mumbai Magistrate is valid. I have taken SSLC examination 2013 and cleared it. Till 16/06/2013 Pareeksha Bhavan has not delivered my certificate. I have been allotted admission to plus one in first allotment on the basis of online mark sheet. Last date of reporting for admission is 19/6/2013 failing which I will be denied admission to plus one. Who will be responsible, if I am not able to report for plus one admission?
