Newmarket Holidays is one of the largest tour operators of UK. In the starting of the Company, the Company was named Newmarket Promotions Limited. This Company was started on March 22, 1983. The registration number of Company was 1708566. The Newmarket Company was started by Mr Toni Frei and Mr Jeremy Griffin as shareholder of the Group, in 1984 Mr Simon Hibbs joined the Company as Managing Director. Simon Hibbs was graduate of St Catharine’s College, Cambridge University. He was qualified as a Charted Accountant at PrICE Waterhouse and he joined the Newmarket Group as Chief Executive. Toni Frei had his starting career in publishing at Haymarket Publishing and Jeremy Griffin had worked in Pioneering Hotel Group Grand Metropolitan Hotels. In 1988 they started Newmarket Air Holidays. In the starting few years Newmarket provided reader travel arrangements to the UK Newspaper publishers. When the Disneyland Paris was opened in 1992, Newmarket was itself as a UK tour operating partner to the Disneyland Paris.
