I know that you have paid my rent out of this account. How can this be done when it is supposed to be frozen. Your staff today punt me on hold for six minutes then cut me off. I rang back and waited 15 minutes for my call to be answered just to tell me to leave a message. Totally unacceptable. I intend to go to the Police as this is now deemed as theft of my money and I am also going to the media with what you are doing to me, I have been a customer of yours for 12 years and never did I expect to be treated in this way by a supposedly reputable bank. Complaint
I complain on behalf of your disabled customer bank, Gillingham, Kent branch. He has taken on mobile phone, the teller made a mistake on his pass number. He visited the bank and the pass number was changed to his date of birth which he can rememeber. Medway Council, Chatham requires paymwent for care
but he does not have the account on his phone. He visited the Nat West branch to have the Council account added to his phone so that he could pay the amount required. He was refused entry to the bank which would not add the Council account ro his phone, thus, he cannot make a paymnent. This an unsatisfactory way to treat customers. Entering the bank is prone to aninterrogation process and they refuse to add the Council account. The Gillingham Branceh has adopted a confrontational attitude.

I recently responded positively to Natwest's request to stop sending me paper statements. With the aid digital technology, I strongly believe that where ever possible we should stop sending meaningless letters/statements and PR material between customers and colleagues. In response to my agreeing to use this facility, I have just received five copies of the same letter in the post from Sarah Evans, Head of Digital Support. Surely it would be far better for the environment to use the mail system. I am totally bemused by this action.
