I am using the credit card since 2011 and paying my all dues on time. At the time of creation of card it was told me that the reward point which i will earned on my transaction will be cumulative year on year and can be utilized as and when required to redeem. Since inception of this card i was using the benefits as per the information shared with me, but in the month of May 2023 i have observed that my reward points of 29307 has been lapsed by the bank with any prior information. 29307 point means approx INR 10000. Now bank is not supporting on me and it is totally loss for me of INR 10000. Few year back i have checked with bank and they only told me that the point will not be lapsed as your card is before the year of 2017. No support from bank now.

HDFC Bank Concierge to support Infinia Members is terrible, most incompetent and unprofessional. Stay2get3 is package derived for Infinia card Holders on Portal. Was guided to bookthrough it. Booked fr Chennai ITC Hotel, Portaldisplayed Pack with free wifi and BF. Later was called and infmd no BF available. Notwithstanding, further escalated complaint and confronted how can offeron Portal be wrong? Subsequently They came back next day confirming Given Portal is correct and BF is availableHowever meantime Booked at TaJ. Is that Porfessionalism attitude of CONCIERGE? Allcommunication regarding such GOOFUP evindenced by mail. I think you need to have Sincere Professional Workers at Concierge so that Infinia Customers do not face such wastage of time and harassment. So you lost ONE Customer in me, who travels very frequently Hv also put out on Twitter, but none felt sorry of the incident.

Yest i visited your ATM at endada and had a very bad experience, no cash was avbl and there is no proper response from the branch manager. I in person met the manager and he is not bothered about the concern of the customer and is sticking on to him point to prove that the bank is correct. We deposit our hard earned amount in the bank to make sure that you return the same to us as and when we need and most of the ATMs are either not operative and there is no cash, as a customer for the last 20 years why should i run for my own money from pillar to post. If so if there is a concern of a customer your team is supposed to attend to the same and resolve the same, but non is bothered. I am enclosing a few pics of customer who are coming to the ATM and are returning out with out cash and on top of the same. U are persons are not bothered about this concern.

My home branch is kanyakumari, so we say the reason and pray to accept cash. But the Manager and staffs are strictly refused our prayer. And say U go to kanyakumari and give cheque or dd. We from G. K. Group Ludhiana are going to close our all bank accounts to your HDFC Bank with in one week notice (Which are in number Of nine accounts in B. R. S branch Ludhiana) because we are facing two problems for last two months no body is ready to listen it. 1) Not releasing our FDR amount which is mortgage against bank guarantee to Punjab Pollution control Board which is released by Punjab Pollution Control Board. 2) Your bank issued us two credit cards by name of Ashu and GulshanKumar they issued us wrong cards. ITR of GulshanKumar was of 40 lacs and Ashu was of eight lacs. But they wrongly issued Ashu credit Card and add on card by the name of GulshanKumar.

I am an HDFC cheated customer. My Customer ID -67362490. HDFC bank had come to our office in vaishali sector -04 ghaziabad to open SAVING accounts. But alongwith saving account, they also opened Demat account. We being freshers didn’t know the concept of Demat and they did not even inform us that such as account has been opened for us. I have a complaints regarding debit amount of rupees. 2600, transaction date 03-05-2016 which is debited from my saving account number-50100145169312 to HSL account. Without any intimation.

Dear Mr. M. D. Please look into your phone banking team HDFC credit card. They are having adamant attitude with lack of knowledge and completely incapable of providing answer to the customers quires. Making false allegation without referring to their records. On escalation higher officials are defending the acts and deeds of their juniors. There is no provision for one to one contact-ability with H. D. F. C. Credit cards official. All these are causing difficulties to your customers. Since one month iam sending the mail to change the account, but there is no response. If the update the e-mail id. I can get the OTP through e-mail and i can easliy regenrate the Password for using the netbanking. Only i am getting one OTP i. E. On my mobile and waiting for other password which is coming through the e-mail. My residence is not in INDIA. So, that its not possible to visit the bank. Since one month iam sending the e-mails to change the e-mail id, but there is not response. Today last time iam sending message and e-mail.

Hdfc bank sent message to me if you spend more than Rs. 64000 we will credit 3000 reward points i spent more than 75000, but your cheating bank did not do whatt they told me. Hdfc bank cheating me. Another problem is if you spend more than 5000 rupees online we will send 5000 rupees gift voucher. I spent more than Rs. 50000, but so far i did not receive any gift. Why cheating public people. Your bank is waste. Please take immediate action about my complaint.

As I saw the advertisement of HDFC bank recruitment in mubai on quikrr.com and i appled on it for cashier job for andheri west branch and after few days I got a call from MR. MANINDAR SINGH (DELHI), and he said to me that I can get this job after paying his placement charges rupees. 280 and he sail also that he is calling from quikrr.com
Then after I paid his placement chargers in PNB (rajkot-gujarat) kalawad road branch on 3rf November around one pm and again he called me and there were a person whose name was MR. MALHOTRA (HDFC BANK DELHI HR HEAD. Mr. Malhotra said I got this job and now i vl have to pay 950 rupees. For three years bond documentation. I again paid charges after that they said i vl get my offer latter next, but still I am not getting my offer latter and now whenever I call them nobody give me ans even they are not responding via whats aap also. So I just send you all those number by which they were calling me and I doubt It was fake placement.

Respected Sir, I am writing this review out of extreme disappointed and displeasure that i had to face with your bank HDFC I started banking with HDFC bank from 2011 October when I completed my Bachelors in Hotel Management and catering technology and the reason I am saying this is because had it not been a salary account i would have never started banking with HDFC ever i was made to sign a bunch of form then in 2011 when i was opening my salary account with HDFC Bank and that time i was just 21 and in the happiness of the job and the pleasure of getting my 1st salary I was not aware of the Demat Account which was opened i never used it and never asked for it at all and now i am getting letter and messages saying my current different salary account with a different HDFC bank would be put on hold and I have an emergency situation in my family and I need money urgently and if my account is put on hold for something that i never asked for Demat A/c:34037339

Your Smartpay facility is in a real mess. Payment to be done on 09. 03. 2015 is done as early as on 02. 03. 2015 (for ICICI Cashbak half yearly premium). It is justified as autopay. How can a third party have access to payments through my credit card? There is no record of my request for registering annual premium payments of two HDFC Life products which was done last May 2014. A conversation which I had on 02. 03. 2015 through 61606161 is denied on the same number on 03. 03. 2015. I am fed up about the allround deterioration of services in the entire HDFC Bank products. It is time I moved my family's accounts to a better bank. My customer ID is 2026156. The last four numbers of my credit card is 5615.

As, I am a employee of Idea Cellular Ltd, there is no need to payment mobile bill. I have already talked to customer care but not satisfied with answer.
