No one picks up the phone. There is no email address. The netbanking works very poorly. The corect user name is enetered and the capcha is entered a dozen times, but still it does not work. Even if you physiclaly visit, it takes a lot of time to get any work done. The printer hardly works for half an hour or so on any day. The staff member sits coolly just to respond when asked by half a dozen people that the printer is not working. Sometiems the network is also down for long hours. In stead of advertising about its great schemes, the Post office should spend on improving its digital infrastructure, and staff training.

We are trying to contact last one week, but no one is picking the phone. We have given the One register AD from Thane HO Post office from 21st Sept 2021. But still we have not received the register AD receipt also we have send the some important document related Dainik paper. REGISTER AD number is RM049292967IN. WE HAVE CHECK WITH THANE POST OFFICE IT SEEN THE STATUS IS BAG OPEN. WE HAVE CHECK WITH Ministry of Information and Broadcasting they said the document have not been reached till date. So please let us have give the information of our document when will be delivered.

No one is picking phone, I am trying this number for the last four days. Very bad experience. I just want to know that my wife has a PPO account in Lodhi Road, Post Office. The tenure of 15 years has already been completed in the month of June 2020. We can not contacted the post office due to covid pandemic. I just want to know what are the formalities/requried for withdrawing the amount or there is any procedure for renew the PPO for further five years.
