I ordered Mens white Chino Shorts waist 34. I never received this item. I was sent a totally different pair of shorts which I never ordered. The original shorts I ordered cost £18. 99 the shorts I received cost £49. Something which I was charged with. I have tried on numerous occasions to get a response to be refunded my £49. 99, but to no avail. I would never order anything from this company again. I cannot get ahold of anyone. My viewing of the website is all English. BUT. The Order Page and Info is ALL IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE. Making it hard to place an order and to get My Adrress correct. Sure you billed my my card, but are shipping to the wrong address. This has been disputed with PayPal. Please advise as to HOW I am to have this corrected. OR. MY Rating will stay at "0".

Horrible experience. No customer service contact. Number is a hoax and on line emails are no responded to. I have charged from my bank account for orders which never been delivered. The orders can not be tracked as they NOT showing in "my order" personal account page on the LightInTheBox. The "My orders" box is empty even though i have Proves of my paid orders despatched but3 never reached my address. No help no response to my emails sent to company. S Customer service address found on internet. Even the address i have find for China looks like a hoax. Registered with an incomplete post code in Beijing. As far as i am concerned i became an on line International Fraud Victim. This us what i am Now instead of a Client customer who buys a product on line
And because i paid with Debit card and not Credit. I will never have my money back. I can only Report to National Serious Crime Agency this issue. Disgusting.
