I got a nonfunctional mini speaker recently, so I claim warranty, but was rejected, I then raise a dispute, even provided video to show that it was unable to on after charging for the whole morning to the dispute team, but the dispute team rejected my request with nonsense reason of I didn’t able to return the product in a resellable condition. What is the logic that a spoilt item should be in resellable condition?Is the seller planned to resell it to another person? Did the seller actually sent me a previously warranty claimed item hence it wasn’t functioning at the very beginning when i received it?The seller also claimed that the courier was the one that damaged the product, and lazada dispute team accepted that this reason of warranty claim rejection. HELLOWhy am I responsible for all this?Is courier service under my responsibility?
The most funny part is lazada dispute team never even take the responsibility to investigate, just copy and paste the comments of the seller as reason.

Suggestion for improvement for Lazada especially for LazMall- big companies, but not friendly with buyers at all. 1. Minimum rating is one star. Can there be no star at all? If paid and receive a faulty/ contaminated product especially for consumable goods. This also can still get one star? Paid for the goods, but goods received cannot be used at all due to poor packaging. Please enable zero star for sellers especially large companies in LazMall
2. To request refund only have two options; did not receive item and did not receive package. What about products that are broken (seal) or the consumable product where the seal are open due to poor packaging and rough handling of product? How to return and what are the purpose of returning it? Consumers buy online to reduce the hassle, but asking the consumer to return a product that cannot be used at all is unfair to the consumers. Please have another option such as others for refund request.

I made an order for noodle and paid with online banking Maybank 2u. Then I received a notification that transaction failed and got a refund in my lazada wallet. My account still says payment pending. I do not understand what is happening. All my previous transactions went through with no problem.

Poor Customer Service by Veronica Customer Service Malaysia. Very rude and impolite. Order a product waiting for two month and giving the stupid answer : Cant contact with Hong Kong logistic, if not happy we will refund. Request for speaking to manager, she refuse and she mentioned she have 21 years experience in Lazada Malaysia. How can Lazada hired such rude employee. Very disappointed with the Lazada Malaysia Customer Service.
