Ms. BRENDAN NEIL HAMMONDSep 09, 2023
Hi there, could someone please explain to me why I need to pay a government fee to pay my mortgage out right to the bank as I know that there is a discharged fee of $350.00 to the bank, that I can understand, but what I can't understand is why I need to a sum of $118.90 to the government when I've already paid stamp duty on purchasing my property. I thank you and wait for you reply.
