I am working in Elixir ct IT Company from six years. Suddenly stopped my from job last month on 30th of November 2014 saying that project is over from Clint Nokia company is not terminating you from Company HR said. Should i get pay from company regularly stop interval period or not like December 2014, January, February 2015. I can joint another company for job. Kindly advice me. Regards, MadhanMohan.

Dear sir, I take this opertinuty to make complaints that we are human but this world people are treating as an animals. Which we can’t. Mahatma gandhi he fights for our nations and our human rights all we are aware. But still we are treated as an animal in our work place. My name is b. Sashikumar i am in India part of Chennai, i was joined in a company called bhadra international India ltd, based on Delhi. The company job profile is ground handling company for airport and the airlines. I am based in Chennai bhadra international India Ltd as duty manager passenger services, since 2011 my company launched i am working as a same position no growth and the company treating as an animal’s not only me all are working as same. With this i want to bring to your noticed that we need a help from you to save us from our dream work and the company pressurizing for moor hours with less pay and also the company growing and still all the staffs are still like same (work and die).

Sir, apropos my submission a while ago regarding CM Special Petition No 2013/73858/xj, etc, I give below my plea regarding the same. The issue is related to which basic pay should be awarded under the circumstances.
The pay scales come under Manisana Wage Board for Journalists and Non-journalists. I am unable to post the full pay scale structure here. While my company assigns Rupees 17,115 as basic under 1B (Rs 600 cr and above category) for basic Rupees 16,620 and Rupees 17,105 under 1A (below Rupees 600 category), my contention is Rupees 17,795 should be fixed as basic under 1B category for the one who was getting Rupees 17,105 under 1A under STEP-UP method. Am I correct in my contention is the question.

I had joined a company called Srivasavi Adhesive tapes Pvt Ltd, Bangalore on 25th December 2011 as Manager – Business Development.I was asked to shift my base to Chennai with the following promised to me:-A house I needed to search – the advance and house rent to be borne by the company, a car, a laptop, a basic mobile handset (simcard will be mine). My salary package will be 34,000/- gross + mobile bill and conveyance will be borne by the company + Bonus from 2012 Diwali every year + incentives on monthly basis against targets and new businesses.I shifted to Chennai with my family on 26th January 2012 with a token advance of Rs.50,000/- only and rent of 9500/- per month.I resigned, with 30th June 2013 as my last working day.This afternoon Mr. Anil called me again and asked for the simcard, I told him I need my settlement, my provident fund settlement letter and my FORM 16 first and then I will decide if I need to give my simcard to him.For which he's threaten me with dire consequences.

Accept online complaints.
There is lot of harassments and disrimination in the pretext of location or to favour their interests.
I mean that particular sections of the Indian community belonging to certain language in polaris tend to harass and descriminate.
They want to force me to bend in their favour even if it means that my family suffers. Surprisingly they are hiding their mistakes and surpressing me also.
