I submitted my 2021 taxes in February 2022 and tracked that they arrived there on eight February 2022. I saw no response on Where's my tax refund website. Fearing the worst I resubmitted my taxes again in April via certified mail and received confirmation from USPS that they arrived there on 14 April. I still have no response that my taxes have been received by the IRS. I have been unable to talk to a human being there. Can you please find out what happened to my tax returns? My email address is ashaman128@gmail.com.

Mr. James T MurraySep 16, 2021
Hello Commissioner my name is James Thomas Murray CPA since 1984. Last year I mailed my 2019 Form 1120S on September 15th, 2020. An IRS employee processed the return on September 26th. The person put down September 26th as the date that the Form 1120S was received instead of the correct date of mailing of September 15th. I received a late notice and it took until a few days ago to iron it out. Maybe you can issue an office memo to remind processor's to use the date of mailing instead of the processing date. That saves a lot of time. Can I call tomorrow to say the same message? Thank-you, James Murray (719) 633-2547, 1301 South 8th Street # 110, Colorado Springs, CO 80905.

It has been over six months since I electronically submitted my SA-1040 for 2020 taxes. My submission included bank routing information for a direct deposit of my OVERDUE refund. The "Where's My Refund" site shows the same disinformation everytime I check it. "your return is still being processed". It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to contact or speak to someone to determine what the holdup is. WHY DON'T WE HAVE A "Fair Tax" totally based on purchases, eliminating the need for individual tax returns?
If you buy something, you pay tax on it. That's fair. The incompetence of the IRS is disgusting.

I e-filed my 2020 tax return on May 17, 2021. I received the confirmation number issued by the IRS. I waited the 21 days and then started trying to reach the IRS through every channel that I could. I won't set up an account online, as I am not giving them my mobile number (which seems to be required). My Track My Refund shows that my return is still processing, as it has for the past almost three months since the 21 day grace period. Like others, after finally getting through, I had one Rep hang up on me. While others have been polite and seemingly helpful, I still have no more information about the exact reasons for the holdup and when I can expect my refund. It has now been 100 days since I electronically filed my return, with no outreach or request for info from IRS. We are talking about a 1/3 of my pathetic 2020 income given the policies in my state. The IRS employees need to make up time since I sincerely doubt they went without a taxpayer funded paycheck during all this.

The numbers given on your site does not even give ANY kind of access to you or your staff. As a US tax payer, while I do not expect you, the commissioner to answer the phone, instead of another automated service that take us around with no answers, it would be nice to have an actual human being to answer/ listen to why we call. I have been trying over two weeks to reach the IRS on all given numbers UNSUCCESSFULLY to sort out a matter and all I get is a recorded message stating that they are too busy and try the next business day - and I get this message EVERY SINGLE DAY. I tried to access my account and it's stuck in a loop so I cannot even access my account online
So I am unable to call, go online and the deadline looms; in desperation I tried to reach you and get a similar automated message and am very disappointed. I was expecting some level of accessibility to your office. I have paid all my dues yet I receive notices stating money is due and penalties added with no recourse.

This Irs Commissioner is by far the worst ever in the history of the IRS. I am a tax payer of good standing. I filed my return, electronically, on March 18th and I am now 13 weeks waiting for my refund. There is no one, I mean no one, at the IRS that can help me understand this situation. Phones not answered, high call wait times (one in excess of two hours), nasty people, angry people, etc. Etc. I called the Irs Commissioner number and what do I get? It tells me to call the IRS. Read above.

I do not understand why I had to wait for the IRS to find a mistake with my 2019 Taxes, even though I sent in all the paperwork to amend my return in April and July. I received a document to sign that I accept the changes made to my return on 11/18/2020. I signed and returned overnight, in hopes that i would get it in time to give my family a Christmas. I see that my status on the site changed, but then on Monday(12/14) I received a letter referring to September 30, 2020 and states i will not receive my return until January 28, 2021. This is unacceptable. If my return is processing why do I have to wait until January. I spoke to someone today who could not answer my questions and then proceed to yell at me that it was not her problem and hung up on me, this to is unacceptable. The commissioner needs to stop making excuses and rectify this situation for we who are in financial turmoil. I am about to loose everything and I have to deal with heartless, uneducated rude people when I call.

This is an urgent message for Levan A Walker . I am a residence of Niagara county. I grew up senses that people always had a way of spying on me to obtain my business like taken letters out the garbage can that possibly might have my pertinent infomation like driver license number, ATM card number and account number with routing number. In addition people contemplated me losing paper work at institutions, my photo idea when making copies, my book bag or briefcase with important information inside of itp. As result, of people spying and stalking my business I lost out on gazillions from being pirated out of my poetry and artwork copyrighted under the United States government. Personality traits of me were also copied by stalkers spying on me for low self esteem. People also have contemplated white collar crime against me from high school days to my present age number of expantcy.

Not a reflection on the Commissioner, but of an IRS employee named Shundesta L. Calicutt, of AtlantA, GA. Or Mississippi or
Kansas. Those the known locations that our joint return have been sent to since it was filed in mid-April 2018. It started with us receiving a bill for more than $3, 000. 00, of claimed underpaid taxes for year 2017. We responded by providing documentaton to support entries on the 1040, including SSA forms 1099 (not required to be submitted), including manual calculations to dispute the collection letter show that we did not owe more than $3, 000. 00 in taxes, but rather due a refund of
$165. 00 for overpayment. I would think that an IRS employye at one those locations can logically process the information we have provided that are in excess of what is legally required and send us the $165. 00 refund. The issue is going on seven (7) months. No refund.

Dear Commissioner,
I am writing to commend Ms Cervera, employee number 1002668413. I had occasion to be helped by her today, 3/212/16. She is an asset to the IRS. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was able to solve my problem quickly and provided crucial help to me at this tax filing time. If evevry employee of the IRS and of the FederaL Government were like Ms Cervera, we Americans would love our Federal Government instead of critizing it so much. Congratulations to the IRS for havoing such an excellent employee as Ms Cervera. Regards,
