I purchased Honda Vezel Hybrid on 16 March 2016. I have fews questions about this car function because all are in Japanese words which we do not understand the meaning of. Can your service department sent us the operation manuals in English version instead of Japanese. Some symbols we totally do not understand the functions meaning. And the last important thing is the high voltage battery. If anything faulty for the battery where should we purchase??? Can we direct purchase from JAPAN??? (PLEASE ADVISE). I have an idea for future car, it is combination of GPS and course control. The course control adjust speed of car according to maximum speed that shows by GPS. For example if the maximum speed was 100 KM/H that it shows at road sign and GPS, the speed of car also adapt at 100 KM/H. When driver must decrease the speed of car according to road sign, the speed of car decrease by course control and when the driver could increase the speed according to road sign the speed increase to maximum limit automatically. My honda activa scooter engine got seized for no fault of mine the lubrication oil pump failed perhaps no one is replying to me the workshop is telling me to take back the scooter and not ready to do the engine overhauling etc. Please kindly look into the matter as i have already sent some ten reminders since 01/03/2016 and no one has responded to me till date just on Mr. Saiyyad fro Honda Downtown has written a warning to me in some local dialect to take back the vehicle please kindly look into the maytter as there is no fault of mine they say the scooter has clocked 70000 km so what more do you expect and now you can as well dump this scooter.

This is with regard to the vehicle number DL10SG5832 in India, as I bought this scooter on 16/02/2014 for my father who is 72 years old and rarely use this scooter till date it ran upto 3300 K. M, as my father is having old age once in December 2015, the scooter stopped on the way, he somehow reached to the service centre bhasin Honda, in tilak Nagar, but instead of going for the problem they temporary repaired it and the service adviser stated that to come in the month of January 2016, and as it was not working properly my father again went to the same service centre in the month of January 2016,, but again Mr. Chauhan the service head adopted linger on technique and said" uncle jee next month aana as bhaut bhhed hai aaj kal", and this way they dragged the complaint and finally, as i reached new Delhi, I found the scooter is not in a running condition, i immediately filed a complaint on 12 March 2016, Via Complaint No. 1-3384033926,

I live in the Netherlands, am 64 years old and driving a Honda car since I was 19 years young. So maybe that is a record worldwide. I do not know ofcourse, bit is is a very long time. You can imagine that I am very fond of Honda and I have owned numerous models in all those years. But. Somehow in every new car I buy something is missing or lacking of designed the wrong way. So here is my proposition: I like to be invited to come over to Japan to talk to your team of designers in order to improve the next models of Honda cars in the near future. I am an expert after all these years. Use me as your sparringpartner, use me in your publicity. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to write the story about the Dutch lady, telling Honda designers what to do best

Good Day sir

I bought a Honda City in December 2014 in Trinidad West Indies six months into using the vehicle I started to feel heat at my feet whenever I am driving especially on evenings after work, there is also a rattling on the dashboard I took my vehicle back to the local dealers to get the problem rectify on many occasions and the problem is still there, I am worried about the this problem because the car is fairly new and under the 8000KM mileage I have written the dealers and have not been given an assurance as to the cause of the problem, I would like to get my vehicle replaced with a new vehicle because I am not sure about the future problems that may continue to reoccur. Your advice would be appreciated.

I am from Malaysia and I purchased a Honda CRV Aug 15, car PME 5438. A month later, I reported a GPS software defect where location was not showing up correctly, eg,locA that is in Town A is showing up in Town B. The service center open up a case for me but 6 months later, I was told I need to pay to get this defect fix by upgrading to latest software which will only be released end 2016. I called up Honda Malaysia to compliant and surprising I received even worse service. Honda Malaysia open up a case to investigate but without my knowledge, they closed the case and concluded that customer has to PAY to upgrade to latest version. I just do not understand why I need to pay to get a defect fix and furthermore the car is still within warranty period. I demand to talk to Honda Malaysia service manager but request was denied. So that left me no choice but to escalate the issue to Honda HQ to look into this issue. It's really very frustrating to see this kind of service from Honda Malaysia

I am from Malaysia and I purchased a Honda CRV Aug 15. I reported a GPS software defect a month later where the location was not showing up correctly eg, location A should be in Town A, but it was showing in Town B. six months later on the 2nd service, I was told by the service center I need to PAY to upgrade the GPS version to get this defect fix and new version will only release end of 16. I called up Honda Malaysia and even worse service. They open up a case to investigate and without my knowledge, they closed the case and concluded customer has to pay to get the defect fix by upgrading to next version. This is really a very frustrating experience where Honda customer has to pay to get a defect fix and furthermore within warranty period. I sincerely hope Honda HQ can look into this complaint. 1. The voice level at the receiving end is too low-not audible. 2. The call get disconnected every now and then. I have tried to use the HFT with Samsung Galaxy five, I phone 5S, it is the same problem. Four other people having the same model has the same problem

Hence I conclude it is a design problem. 1. The microphone is partially covered. 2. The location of the microphone is incorrect.

I bought a Honda Jazz PE Chassis number MAKGK772FF4000115 Regn number KA04MQ3026from Akshara Motors Bangalore vide their invoice number SAL-INV-DD084A-1516-596 dated 28 Jul 2015. The vehicle has defective HFT operation through Blue tooth. 1. Call gets disconnected. 2. Voice level at the receiving end is too low. Hence I am not able to use this facility. I have tried using the HFT with Samsung Galaxy5, IPhone 5S and 6. With all these phones this problem persists
I have checked up with four or other user of the same Jazz model and all of them have the same problem. When I use a separate blue tooth attachment such as 'blue ant' it works well. Hence I conclude it is a design problem for the following reasons:
The blue tooth microphone is partially covered by the front panel moulding. The microphone should have been mounted near the 'inside rear view mirror' as is the standard practise. I want this defect to be rectified.

I have booked one car Amaze SMT CNG in sterling Honda Dilshad Garden on 11-12-2015. It is now almost one month past. Still I am waiting. The commitment was to delivered the car on 30-12-2015. I am just waiting. The loan is also approved from bank. But the company Honda is saying to take me the petrol car. Why should I take the petrol car if I have booked the CNG car. I want to inform you that some of your showroom says the manufacturing of CNG vehicle is discontinue and some says CNG can not be fitted in Showroom. And in Sterling Honda The managers Mr. Simranjeet and Mr Sudhir have many attitude they are saying to take the petrol car. When I was ready to take the delivery of petrol car they again deny. They never reply or call me for my car. I want the my booked car Honda Amaze CNG SMT White car without any excuse. It my last mail and my last request to Honda Company. After this I will file a case in consumer court. With regards

We are HONDA CRV 'afficionadas' primarily because we survived a massive crash which was NOT our accountabily AND the brilliant service level of what was then Penine Honda which became Swansway Honda Rochdale who continue this superb service level. We happily purchased a second Honda EX given that the first was 'written off'. We will likely trade-in to buy a third Honda CRV -PERHAPS This decision will depend on:

1: How the new 1. six DTec EX actually drives AND
2: If the front passenger seat is finally fully electrically powered. 3: Electrically heated front windscreen.competitors to this Honda CRV model eg MAZDA CX five have both front seats fully powered The list price of this Honda model is nearly £36, 000, ie THIRTY SIX THOUSAND POUNDS(GB pounds) YET it continues to have an inferior spec. Our brand loyalty is bring sorely tested, but attempts to find out the spec. For the calendar year 2016 from Honda UK has been met with polite 'we do not know'. Oh, well, we shall see.
