I had my Honda2021 version SH125 I serviced at 32, 000 miles by Kent Motorcycles the Honda dealer. The belt broke at just over 40, 000 miles, so almost half the service interval of the belt. The response from the dealer is, they did not see the bike since that service so, it is not their problem. Honda would know when the belt would brake, so they would use this information to determine the service interval. So either Honda are wrong, or the belt was not changed, which would be the belt broke at a little over 24, 000 miles. Someone at Honda would know if this is when they would expect the belt on this bike to brake. I can not buy another Honda bike without having faith in, one the Honda dealer, two Honda parts.

Good morning, I have big problems with the official distributor in Argentina (ABC SA), I need your help. These people do not have the legacy of Honda. It's too long to write here but I can tell you that I paid for my Honda Civic to be repaired and they did a bad bad bad job and they don't care and laugh when I tell them I'm going to contact Honda Japan. The truth would be good if you I know they are decent and correct people, like all Japanese or Japanese firms, teach them a little not to cheat a customer who is a fan of the brand, a call from you will teach them a lesson and surely from now on they will take more precautions when it comes to not give the service that they are obliged to give. Customer of Honda cars are not customers of Honda, but they are customers are Honda dealers. Honda India and Honda Japan are not taking responsibilities of customers losses. As they are focusing on selling of Honda cars and after sell services. Honda India are not ready to take responsibilities of sudden close down of businesses of their any dealers and ultimately customers are suffering. Hence My sincere advise to you Don't go for Honda Cars. They are showing high degree of ethics on papers not in real. I have recent experience.

Hi Honda,

This is Ramanaiah Challa . I have bought a Honda unicorn 150 CC black color bike from MANASASAROVAR HONDA, Medavakam Chennai on. From the Day one I bought it, almost every week at lease 2-3 days I am facing the bike-starting problem. In the first occurrence itself, I have taken the bike to service showroom (MANASASAROVAR HONDA, Medavakam Chennai) from where I purchased it. Initially they told it was a minor issue, repaired it and handed over to me after three days and bike was starting normally for another two weeks of time. After two weeks, same problem repeats then I have taken the bike to same service station again. Again they informed me the same (minor problem), repaired it and given back to me. As mentioned in the above again after three weeks same problem repeats. So far ten times I have taken my bike to service station (few a mechanic from service station itself came to my place)

In addition, every time they were telling different reasons.

I purchased Honda Vezel Hybrid on 16 March 2016. I have fews questions about this car function because all are in Japanese words which we do not understand the meaning of. I have an idea for future car, it is combination of GPS and course control. The course control adjust speed of car according to maximum speed that shows by GPS. For example if the maximum speed was 100 KM/H that it shows at road sign and GPS, the speed of car also adapt at 100 KM/H. When driver must decrease the speed of car according to road sign, the speed of car decrease by course control and when the driver could increase the speed according to road sign the speed increase to maximum limit automatically. My honda activa scooter engine got seized for no fault of mine the lubrication oil pump failed perhaps no one is replying to me the workshop is telling me to take back the scooter and not ready to do the engine overhauling etc. Please kindly look into the matter as i have already sent some ten reminders since 01/03/2016 and no one has responded to me till date just on Mr. Saiyyad fro Honda Downtown has written a warning to me in some local dialect to take back the vehicle please kindly look into the maytter as there is no fault of mine they say the scooter has clocked 70000 km so what more do you expect and now you can as well dump this scooter.

This is with regard to the vehicle number DL10SG5832 in India, as I bought this scooter on 16/02/2014 for my father who is 72 years old and rarely use this scooter till date it ran upto 3300 K. M, as my father is having old age once in December 2015, the scooter stopped on the way, he somehow reached to the service centre bhasin Honda, in tilak Nagar, but instead of going for the problem they temporary repaired it and the service adviser stated that to come in the month of January 2016, and as it was not working properly my father again went to the same service centre in the month of January 2016,, but again Mr. Chauhan the service head adopted linger on technique and said" uncle jee next month aana as bhaut bhhed hai aaj kal", and this way they dragged the complaint and finally, as i reached new Delhi, I found the scooter is not in a running condition, i immediately filed a complaint on 12 March 2016, Via Complaint No. 1-3384033926,

I live in the Netherlands, am 64 years old and driving a Honda car since I was 19 years young. So maybe that is a record worldwide. I do not know ofcourse, bit is is a very long time. You can imagine that I am very fond of Honda and I have owned numerous models in all those years. But. Somehow in every new car I buy something is missing or lacking of designed the wrong way. So here is my proposition: I like to be invited to come over to Japan to talk to your team of designers in order to improve the next models of Honda cars in the near future. I am an expert after all these years. Use me as your sparringpartner, use me in your publicity. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to write the story about the Dutch lady, telling Honda designers what to do best

I bought a Honda City in December 2014 in Trinidad West Indies six months into using the vehicle I started to feel heat at my feet whenever I am driving especially on evenings after work, there is also a rattling on the dashboard I took my vehicle back to the local dealers to get the problem rectify on many occasions and the problem is still there, I am worried about the this problem because the car is fairly new and under the 8000KM mileage I have written the dealers and have not been given an assurance as to the cause of the problem, I would like to get my vehicle replaced with a new vehicle because I am not sure about the future problems that may continue to reoccur.
