just doing sales of Maruti Suzuki cars is not enough you have to improve lot more in service places yesterday 15-11-22 i left my ignis car for service at anna salai service center and while i went to take delivary i am ashamed that i went to such a dirty slum service center the boys had no uniform with smell and dirty bad language and i was schoked to see i bought a car which has name, but seeing the dirty cheap guy working i regret why i bought a car of this brand
improve you are class with quailty service team with proper uniform and educated boys not by cheap labour and slums

I have booked a Celerio (O)SOB16000578 on 20. 6. 16 at Bagga link kotla Mubarakpur they had ensured me that they would to deliever the car on or before 27th,, but i am stilling waiting for my car. The company is saying there is shortage of silky siver color as maruti company is not being able to cater to huge demand, Sir i would add initially i wanted red color, but i was told by Bagga link that red color has a waiting of more than a month so i grudgingly settled for silky silver. Today it is 1st June and there is no commitment from bagga link. Sir i had booked a car because of Maruti Suzukis credentials,, but action of Bagga link is spoiling your esteemed companys reputation in my eyes although i am a small measly customer, but i know maruti would not want to make a single customer feel let down. Hoping for a timely and positive action.

Sir, I had booked a Celerio Vxi o (Silky silver)SOB16000578, car at Bagga link Kotla Mubarakpur and assurance was made that I would get the delivery on 27. 6. 2016 and initially i wanted a red car, but i was told by there sales preson vikram bagri that WAITING for colour red is more than one month so i settled for a silky silver although i liked the red colour. On 27th i got a call from Vikram Bagri that they can give me a white car and there GM Mr Satnam also insisted to take white colour car as it was in there stock when i asked why should i take a white car as i had already settled for my second choice he and Bagri told me that they cannot assure timely delievery as maruti company had a short supply on silver color too, today it is 1. 7. 16 and i have no idea when my car would be delivered, there misselling is spoiling maruti suzukis name and causing me heart burn. Sir maruti is not a fraud builder company, but this particular dealer is taking umbrage under your esteemed name and spoiling it.

I have a complent about your servicing center. Labour of this servicing center is not skill full there is many defects in servicing I. E oil lockage/ AC not working properly/ accecery not firing properly etc. And billing amount is doubtful.

Purchased new Maruti Ciaz ZXI+ on 02-06-2016 from Peaks auto jammu. After taking the delivery of car next day i I observed that when am increasing the volume of music system sound become flat or completely disturbing it seems that speakers are dameged. But in demo car it war very normal sound, but in my purchased car it sound very bad. I am completely diaapointed with the sound quality of the infotainment system which is being provided with the car. Till the date there is no proper service from dealer is provided.

My Name Is JaswinderSingh(8427689910 ) i purched Maruti Suzuki Dzire VDI year 12 September 2012, all services done through compancy service cente. I surprised when we received my car after service dated 18-12-2015 from service centre my car coolent lackage due to water pump seal damage. Before services dated 17-12-2105 no leckage all is working fine. I ask to service cente Stan Auto C-89 Phase seven Mohali for the same, they are asking for replac water pump is cost near by 3000/-. I already paid 5th service charges rupees 7289/- before one day. Now as ervice cente no answer for Pump leackge very bad service given from Maruti Suzuky service centre. Am plan to resale my car due to bad service from Maruti Suzuky.

Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I am totally frustrated with my Alto K10’s VXI battery. I was told by my agency here in Guwahati, Assam(Pallavi Motors) that if I don’t start my car every day the battery would go down. I have never ever in my life heard of such advice. The battery should work even if I don’t start my car in ten or 20 days. This is totally unacceptable and I find it hard to digest that such types of batteries are being sold by your company. If I don’t get a replacement I will definitely take legal actions. My good impression on your company has gone down drastically. Please revert as soon as possible..

I had purchased a Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R-VXI -Royal Gold color from the Chennai dealer M/S Indus Motors in 2009. I am serving as a Sr. Manager -Sales with a leading German car company in Chennai and I have noticed that in-spite of my best maintenance the paint on the hood and top area has faded off and we can notice patches all over this area. I had checked my car at your workshop at Kattupakkam on 16th Dec 2014, but they are not accepting the product issue. No car has developed any such flaw in painting as there is some manufacturing problem in the painting quality of my car due to which the paint is fading in patches. Your Chennai office staff have not yet inspected my car in spite of my several mails to your branch and HO. My car is mechanically fine and even I have not even changed my original tyres till date and my car has run only 56000km in these years and then how could only the paint be an issue. I am servicing my car at regular intervals at your authorised workshops.

To who so ever it may concern,
I have purchased a car from MS Sandhu Motors Ludhiana. the car tyres I got with the car was of Apollo . the rear tyres of the car got bulging in the tyres. ( manufacturing defect ) the dealer is coperative and send my car to Apollo to sought my problem . but the Apollo tyres company, is not ready to listen to any thing, and says there is no problem . these are just the joint in the tyre. . have you ever listened ke joint seems diffrent from tyres. or the MARUTI SUZUKI is compromising with the quality of tyres. these tyre are really of poor quality . and can cause big damage to life of the people driving (THESE CAR ARE MADE TO DRIVE AT HIGH SPEED 130 KM/ H) and if the tyre bursts at this speed you understand what damage it can make. so I request you to make an inquery at higher levels so that . company name be not spoiled for this APOLLO . And stop using these poor quality tyres. I am waiting for your reply. and do the needful for my defected tyres .

30/12/2018 when i leave car i faced many problems like engine problem and when you delieverd 1/jan my new car then that car have many problems for examples car not starts properly and company gave full amount of my company maruti company cuts all payment of insurance which i have balance but this company have many poor qualities.
