I brought my bag in to the forum shops at Caesars store to be repaired on January 17, 2016. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks before it was back. Every time I call to check on it either at the store or in NJ I am put on hold and no one ever has an answer for me. Finally, they tell me today it will be another 6-8 weeks before it is back. I only had the bag eight months when it broke and I take exceptional care of all my bags. When my fiancee asked me what I wanted for our anniversary the only word was Gucci. NEVER AGAIN $1500 for a bag may not be a lot to some people who shop at Gucci, but that was all I wanted, so I got it. I warn anyone who is thinking of purchasing this product to not. If you do hope it never needs repair. I just want my bag back and I will find another to repair it.

DISGUSTING GUCCI I bought a birthday gift for my husband and he doesn't like it. I shipped it back and they refuse to issue a refund. Talk about taking advantage of someone Real cheaters.
