I have tried for the past two weeks to book a flight. I get no further than the first page whereby I give my destination and date. The page just hangs and then eventuallt times out. It ia very frusrtating. Easyfjet needs to upgrade its computer to handle demand. There is no point offering bargains if no one can take them up.

The Easy jet contacts are useless, the same any refund or luggage lost or luggage damage. There is no any information about progress of case, nothing at all. Useless office people.

Reference:-EXTHPII/15042020/EN Hi i have still not heard anything about our refund since your last e-mail that you send me on the 10th April 2020. Please note it's been over 10 days now. We have been informed that we are entitled to a full refund and it should not take more than a week from the date of the flight. Please refund straight away. I already wrote to you previously and you are keeping hold of our money that could earn interest in my account not yours. Thanks Mr C Micallef

Have tried to contact Easyjet via their customer service line and London head office, following the announcement that their fleet is grounded. Had a trip booked in April. Now up to 45 calls and no answer at all. I started at 07. 59 this morning. Their lines open at 08. 00. Would appear they are hiding from their customers Went into my account to get a refund on flights, but only offer is to reschedule or get a voucher for a future flight. I am entitled by law to a full refund within seven days. What are you playing at Easyjet, right now you are ruining a great customer relationship with this nonsense. Get your act together.

I have contacted EasyJet so called customer services twice today. And twice have been hung up on. One call for five minutes the second for nearly 20mins. Neither operator was very helpful. Simple enquiry. Our flight ezy608 from Belfast to liverpool was cancelled. We where rebooked on ezy614. Sent in relevant eu261 form. Received email response flight ezy614 was not cancelled so nothing due. That's correct, but our flight ezy608 at 14. 15 was due to a lack of pilot. I strongly object to having to runaround after companys who already have the information at their fingertips, but insist on the customer doing the donkey work for them. When all they have to do is check the manifest and do the right thing. We haven't even claimed for our out of pocket expenses either. And to top it all try calling on the phone. BOOOM.complete fail

With regret l have been forced to make adverse comments about a airline whom l have been using on a regular basis for a number of years with satisfaction. My last flight back from Gatwick airport was cancelled due to a build up of flights because work was carried out on the main runway and landings were on the emergency runway according to the media closure was for a short time. After a large amount of emails and no response from the last four asking for the return of my out of pocket expenses incurred making my own way back from Gatwick to Aberdeen, which l managed to get with another airline from London city airport the following day as easyjet earliest return was Thursday bear in mind my original flight was Sunday. L am not asking for compensation less than £280. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS FROM A MAJOR AIRLINE WHO TRIES TO PROMOTE GOOD PRACTICE.

I put a complaint in by email in January and I have now sent four more emails and with no response from customer service, my treatment on this flight by one of the air stewardess was disgusting, and I am now considering going to my solicitor as I am not happy with the treatment so far from easyjet,
