Please check the logging time of the trains that ply between ranaghat, krishnaNagar and Shantipurand sealdah. Everyday and everytime they are late by atleast half an hour not to mention their cleaning especially ranaghat local which leaves ranaghat Junction at 1842 hrs in evening everyday and reaches atleast half an hour late in sealdah today as i write it is over 40 mnts late. No train in ranaghat Junction for one hour from 1742hrs to 1842hrs. Is this for office goers convenience so that they reach late. Better planning is expected from railway. Aggrieved passenger.

Dear Sir,

I stay in Dum Dum jn and require to travel frequently for official purpose. Since last almost two years I have been able to purchase my own railway ticket without any help of brokers as it was managed by the GRP and was very satisfied with the service given by the GRP- Dum Dum in maintaining the reservation process for Tatkal and other reservation tickets and today suddenly they stop operating the service with a note that it had been instructed by the DRM - Sealdha to stop maintaining the register of the Que for ticket purchasing and left us in fight with the local hooligans who would now have a expansion in there business and no normal people would be allow to buy the tickets. Kindly help us with returning the old policies and GRP to maintain the same since it will be beneficial for brokers only if this gets stopped.
