Dear Sir, I work at Farney Close School which caters for students 11 – 18 at the present time who all have emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as other special needs. They come to us from all over the South and South East as they cannot manage in a mainstream environment because of their specific needs. During the Pandemic we, along with a lot of people have been struggling but with us, we are a very small non-profit making charitable school and often get overlooked as we are a small charity school. Everyone is a deserving case I totally understand that funds were needed for NHS, Mental Health, Food Banks etc., which funding was going to but if you could help the school and the little ones we would be extremely grateful. I constantly fundraise throughout the year but the funds have only stretched so far as you can imagine, being open all through the pandemic as our students are vulnerable. Currys are impossible
i ordered an oven that was faulty and was given the run around for over a week telling me i had to contact the oven manufacturer and get an uplift number then that i would have to wait 48hrs for an email then i was told that when they collect the faulty oven it can take five working days to deliver the replacement oven
so that leaves me with no oven for over two weeks with two children under the age of six in the house. You cannot complain as you have to wait 24hrs to speak with a manager (who never called me back) and all of currys contact email addresses for customer services are no longer valid

what a joke. Take my money and leave me stranded for weeks. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS.

Slothful, incompetent, deceivers, vexatious to name a few. Managers and customer services do not have address/contact details of Head Office, names of departmental managers nor who the chief executive officer of the company is. Absolutely astounding. Please note: Rating of "0" is too good here.

I give this rating as twice in the past i have been let down by currys first the Fitter say he couldn't fit my hob
yesterday my hob was not delivered. No one can give me can give me an answer. After many years of trading with Currys i am now forced to go else where. I am vvery dissapointed customer.

Currys you are so great. At taking money and not sending items It seems that items can be purchased, but are not able to be tracked, cancelled etc. There is no confirmation of purchase or payment and items are just not available to be picked up despite being in stock. Customers services hanging up during polite conversation and not helping at all. Would be good to cancel my order, but with no order number sent I cannot even do this. Worse than a market stall.

Bought a Samsung QE65Q80RATXX TV 19 April 20. With a five year warranty. Despite phone calls (including protracted waiting times and being cut off) letters to Sheffield Head office and emails I have YET TO RECIEVE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION FOR THE WARRANTY
It took until 4th July to even aquire a written receipt for the item. This is not what I would expect even allowing for the Covid problems. Considerable time and possibly expenditure without resolving the problem after more than three months.

just bought essentials gas cooker, currys own brand, , ,
only little amount of gas to oven should be dual spark one not working insulation on walls of cooker poor as it gets very hot, silver label not readable when open door as company that does repairs, was not able to give wanted details so no repair being done, i have bought from currys
before and ok
bottom line i want cooker exchanged for flavel no charge as i will have to pay fitting charge again
this is important email so if not getting above done i will want full refund no messing Sydney Miller
