I am a Senior Citizen aged 69 years. Experience of Punjab National Bank from its Wazirpur Delhi-110052 Branch is horrible on 4th Dec 2021. It is like a jail environment Lot of customers queuing at the counters, but work makes hardly a progress. My account in Oriental Bank of Commerce(OBC) Ashok Vihar branch is also merged in this branch. No one to guide the OBC customers. I had to get TDS Form-16 of my FDs with OBC for the FY 2020-21. I was rotated from Counter four to five to six to 7. Counter Nos 6, 7 were not manned for hours. The counter officias are sitting with Chief Manager Sh. Rakesh Kumar. Not knowing, when I appproached him for help, he dirrected me to basement telling clearly that the concerned person is not available in office and I have to wait. But officials manning counter No six and seven are in his cabin. He doesnot direct any alternate staff to help me and others at Counter No six and seven which are in his full view from glass window and glass door. Very frustrating environment. Please help .
PNB IS THE WORST PERFORMING BANK IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM A CUSTOMER OF FARIDABAD SECTOR-15 MARKET BRANCH WWHERE SOME MR. SRIVASTAVA IS BRANCH HEAD. HORRIBLE SITUATION. SAVE US PLEASE. ARE WE GOING TO BE SLAVES AGAIN.

PNB BRANCH BALOTRA(BARMER) HAS INITIATED A ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT MACHINE IN BRANCH. BUT ALL CUSTOMER ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE. MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT. AT LEAST HALF OF NOTES IN COUNTING MACHINE THROWS OUT THE NOTES WITHOUT ANY REASON. SO THAT NO ONE CAN ANY DEPOSIT PROPERLY WITH IN ONCE. ANY ONE HAS TO TRY ABOUT five TIMES BUT MACHINE DOES NOT ACCEPT NOTES. PLEASE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFY REMOVE THE MACHINE AND ALLOW TO STAFF TO DEPOSIT CASH BY RESPONSIBLE PERSON.

Dear mr kamath, If there are definite norms for “ renewal of credit facilities “, the renewals must be automatic; through an good it program. Audited balance sheets are enough, to provide required data and a good outsourced agency shall relieve your officers and good clients shall also be happy. If machines are trusted for payments of lacs; why do you want involvement of man-power for all such processes ? yes, please perfect your programming by involving best programrs and double check by second agency.

Respected sir, I have not received Rupees from pnb ATM and my account is also of pnb on. I complaint there but there is no response and from the bank and complaint was rejected. i an Kumud having applied for connector code on 28th sep2013 to mr siddarth ghaziabad branch NCR and given one file name Baljeet singh of ra eight crore on 28th sep2013 and the same was login in system on 30sep 2013 as per Amit gupta said and the all verification was initiated but nothing was done till 8th October i call to Amit for back my file to me then Mr siddarth called me and told he will coordinate me he told me to take time for meeting with customer on ten October and the same was confirm by customer time was 12 to two pm i called Siddarth at 11.30 was not responding again i called 1pm was not respnd i told customer that today is not possible again at 2.15 Siddarth called me i am going . is it way of working again my code was not processed by till i have five more file of re 10crore each and 30to 40 lac two but all are on hold du to misbehavior of siddarth in ignoring attitude of them can you conform your way of working my mobile number 9818007146

Previously ome used to receive Stamped copy of Slip when Depositing the Cheque at the Branch. This facility prevents misplacing of cheque and in case of misplace one has record of the deposit in bank. Now ATM gives receipt which gets rubbed off in 2-3 At the counter they refuse to stamp the depositing slip.
Firstly I, as a customer would like to know why this facility is discontinued which was for the benefit of Customer and bank.
Others banks are provoding the receipt and in name of Modernisation and lack of Staff PNB is refusing to do so.
Please restart this service or if it exist please make sure that all branches give receipt for the depositing cheque duly stamped and signed by officer.

I want to know from mr cmd bank is for the people to help them or put them in trouble.,i know for genuine people there's no laws and no help in India.. Bank is there to harass and put pressure on genuine people.bank is for those people who knowingly ditch them .iif you people are really helpful ,I want to talk to personally or either on phone to mr cmd .and tell them personally my problem. I know you people won't listen to us but even then I want to try and convey my problem to you .

We have not received Rs.-5000/- thru ATM of HDFC A-3, janakpuri,New Delhi-110058 on dated 17/7/2013.
Immediate i have called to your call centre but due to technical problem complaint was not registered.
Next day morning we have registered complaint number 60064123.
After so many reminders and telephonic discussions with your call centre till date money is not credit in my account.
Please explain to me if we have failed on time to pay to bank then bank charged from us penalty.
