I am Sr. Citizen not getting water at 169 Katra Mashroo, Dariba Kalan, chandni chowk Delhi for the last one month. JE's Civil Mr. Dagar and Mr. Ankit JE pump have been contacted, both are tossing ball on each other. One is telling pressure from pump is not there, another is saying full Valve of the area is not open, but no body is taking pain to check phyicallly. Vedio of water problem i. E. Flow has been sent to JE. Problem is stand still., Please use your good office and instruct them to supply water.

Sir, This is in reference to our complaint to your office vide complaint No. 201504010301 regarding dirty and smelly water , your official visited our house on 3rd April, 2015 and promised to come on next day again to look into problem, but sorry to say after that day he never visited to our house and closed the complaint. Then on 4th April, 2015, I got the message from MD-CEODJB on my mobile 9968255344 that problem has been resolved. It is disgusted to say that if the complaint to be disposed like this then why this online complaint system has been developed. I being Senior Technical Director from National Informatics Centre developed such online system to help public, but it is not being used and monitored, resulting waste of time, money and manpower. The water is too dirty and smelly that my self, senior citizen, age 62 retired as Senior Director from NIC can not use in my house and not tolerate your office attitude of resolving the problem. Respected sir, as i am a economical consumer of Delhi jal board since 2007 still i got a valid water connection the new knumber is 8317121000 in the name of smt LEELA BUDHORI R/o E 187 shyam vihar phase one NAZAFGARH i have received a bill from djb issued on 20th January 2015 which have showing no consumption of water from 28th September 2014 to 22nov 2014 as per my observation the meter reader has not visited my place to take the reading and issued me a bill without taking the reading kindly suggest to concern meter reader to take proper reading and calculate the bill of the consumption, thks and regardsBhuwanChandra

This is to inform you that, We (25 families in our Area DDA Janta Flat, Chilla, Delhi-91 is getting contaminated water for the last two months. Many times we complained verbaly and written about this to JE/CE in our Area. Till date the problem could not be solved. We request you to kindly take necessary action to solve the problem at the earliest.
