I complain many times on 1503, but always said solution will be available on 24 hour, but no network coverage in our village and no internet. My Village is chhatarpura in P. O. -Shivnar P. S. -Mokama Dist-Patna. Previously there is BSNL office near Mokama block and tower also there near block, but now a days from last five year there is very bad network in that area is BSNL. I also complain for reactivate tower of BSNL near Mokama block, but also not hear to solve. It's my hard request to you to activate tower of BSNL near Mokama block area so that we can use BSNL prepaid network freely.

This office does not respond to the actual complaints made by its valuable customers e. G., if one will make a complaint for broadband, it will send the expert of telephone, but will not cure the actual complaint in the broadband services.company services because of the government infrastructure.

In sonvarsha, NawaNagar, Buxar your BTS is always shutdown only work in the morning 7'O clock to 8. 30 am, 10am to 5 Pm. and night 7pm to 8pm. I provide RD service through Ranjana medical ARA in this area. How can sale BSNL product in our locality. Private company provide SIM card (only Uninor, Idea, Vodafone) without any customer documents and invite crime. TRAI is in sleeping mode.

The BSNL broadband internet connection was not provided even after an elapse of 15 days. The SDO has switched off his mobile number 9431000304 or blocked the concerned mobile number. Repeatedly,
on 15th day, it was made to know that the port/ cable for allotted telephone number is untraceable. The rating point one is awarded only for the service for receiving the demand note money at the counter of BSNL office.

Its more than 24 hours and the SIM did not get blocked.
It was emergency but they do not hav any provision to block the SIM instantly. There is a hogh probability of the number to get misused. Action should be immediate blockage.
