BA, in Lagos is not easily contactable to resolve any travel problems. Our family member has been refused access to their flight and, they are resident here in London. Moreover they are not able-bodied and need medication daily for their condition, yet they have been refused access to travel to the UK. We her family in the UK are not able to contact any personnel in Lagos to assist her safe passage to London.Added to this is the fact she has to travel a round trip of over 400klm when she is refused travel by BA. Your numbers are not accessible. Altogether a bad service
