Crooks I ordered two coins which I received. I expected that was the end of the transaction. A few weeks later I received decorative boxes in the mail for the coins. Approximately $300 worth of decorative boxes. I did not order these or authorize them. They charged my credit card. I called the customer line and spoke with an agent who escalated me to her supervisor. They offered to receive the items back and process a refund. I let them know this is not a situation where I have received goods I was not happy with. This IS a situation where BE has acted in a predatory way and simply sent unauthorized purchases to me and billed my card. I was advised by Alisa, their office is in Central America and BE head office is in Niles Illinois. She refused to escalate my call further. I should have read the reviews ahead of dealing with this unsavory company. I have had to cancel my credit card to avoid these people doing this again. I am disputing my charges. AVOID DOING BUSINESS.

I have been a customer with purchasing many items from Bradford Exchange and as of this day it has been awful. I ordered most recently three items and have emailed, called and now sent letters asking for help in giving me the invoices of each of these items ordered or where on their website (like amazon has) to print out invoice of what purchase was made. I have called at least eight times and spoke with customer service ladies and not one reply as of this date 1/11/2021. Awful, horrible service.

Ms. Janice BurrowsJul 31, 2016
We ordered coins paid for them monthly and then we were sent the entire rest of the collection. We paid for the entire rest of the collection within a week. For several months now I have been harassed to pay the bill that I paid in full. I told them many times that he bill had been paid, but they still kept sending me bills. I faxed them proof that the bill had been paid with no response. Several weeks after they returned the money to my account. Then they started sending me threatening bills to collect the payment. I've now written a check for them and will send it out tomorrow. I'm ready to sue them for harassment. I will never order anything from them again. I fear that they are trying to collect from people that get confused and pay for their merchandise several times. I wonder who's pocket that is going into. This company needs to be audited to see who they are cheating. If they did it to many they are doing it to many.
