Dear Sir,
9162552693, 9718083098 girishsingh23@yahoo.com,I Girish Singh Son of Sh Laleshwar Prasad Singh, who is retired master warrant officer of Indian Air Force, resident of Vill + Post Auaraiyan, Dist. Kaimur Bhabhua, Bihar has applied for rural domestic supply around ten years back in the year 2003. Suddenly i received bill of rupees 9293/- with fine. Where actually.
1. There was no connection to my house.
2. There was no meter installed by the state electricity board,
3. The transformer is around 500 meters away from my home and almost six to eight electricity poles are required with HTline wire and the reports which i personally checked with JEE at Kudra then found that it says that meter has been installed by the state electricity board.
4. The bills are almost of ten years where actually during past ten years the HT line transformer was not in serviceable condition for almost 15 month rendering punishment without any offence.
5. There is no lightning arrester on transform.

Bihar State Electricity board working in his old style in this modern age.
They are not replacing wire or providing additional wires in Barhauna village of Samastipur district.
There was single wire has pulled 12 years ago for single consumer but now there is five consumer consuming in same wire. This case related to Barhauna kunwar tol (near Sukhdeo das house). Due to old wire and about five kw load wire should be damaged any time and any incidents should be happened.

in the ELECTRIC SUPPLY DIVISION,CHAPRA(WEST) one consumer with bill ID 81278430 and account number.5361 pay only about rs.350/- for electicity per month for a LODGE of 40 rooms while he recover rs.300.00 per student per month and allows them to use electric heater for cooking and other purposes.in this way he is earning rs.30000.00 per month under pretext of electic charge
