8 months of delays on refrigerator They say they would give a buyout if not repaired in a fairly short period of time. If it months is long enough. Period they want to continue to send more repair people just to delay the process and have us pay $100 a time repair man shows up. Our contract with them states that they would give a buy out if there is no ability repair the product. Hours from now they are shameful.

Ive had AHS for a few months with no clamis. When I did make a claim, the immediatly took my deductiable in less than three seconds, before I had completely told them the problem. After several times of my asking are you sure I am covered for the problem the said yes each time. Then they put a work order for something completely different, so the work was never done. I asked for a refund, they said yes it will be back on my card in three to five business days. No refund, I called again they said the samething it is processing will be on my card in three to five days. It has been nearly a month and still no refund. DO NOT DO BUSINNESS with this company it is not legit. A big rip off. Can not give me a phone number to their accountant, bookkeeper or anyone and "have no way to transfer" me to them. I can not find a phone number any where in the United States for them and everyone I speek to is in a different country. SAVE YOUR MONEY people DON'T GET TAKEN IN LIKE I DID. Total CROOKS.

If you live in Northern California do not purchase this home warranty service. I have had a malfunctioning dishwasher that is still not repaired. I am on the 2nd attempts to get if fixed. I have had a useless dishwasher for four weeks now. The repair company has been waiting for a part to ship for three weeks now. AHS does nothing to make your repairs occur in a reasonable amount of time for dishwashers in Northern California.
